It's not a bad book, and the audio discs are fantastic...but it's much more comfortable being a coffee table book than an in-depth history resource.

I enjoyed the archive recordings but found the book itself to be trivial. The book unfortunately reinforces the idea that there is nothing substantial in Canada's history.
