More romance than is good, plus a "Christian" rock band. Still emotionally captivating, and perhaps thought-provoking.

Having read the other books in this trilogy I was keen to read this one.
I wasn't disappointed. .. This is a book I d recommend adults to read before considering embarking on a new relationship, after death or divorce etc. It gives an excellent insight into how children may react, to a new parent. There are examples of how things could be improved, should and shouldn't be done.
For teens and young people there's plenty of biblical advice about a range of subjects,& timing or lack of it, introduces some humour.
The comparison of dating methods in Bradleyville, from one book to another is very interesting. It also looks at Christian standards of behaviour throughout the series and how they are changing. What is a truly Christian way of being a holy people? Throughout this book & indeed the series you are encouraged to find your own way but the Bible is always constant without being preachy.
I recommend these books to one and all. A different Style of writing to the suspense novels I've read previously but nonetheless highly worthwhile.
My one disappointment was the gap between Gary's story between his November Visit and the quick conclusion of how everything's tied together in the epilogue. Too much happens in my opinion, another couple of chapters could have resolved this.

Excellent!
Book 3 in the Bradleyville Series was just as wonderful as Books 1 and 2. This series, to me, was family and the community dealing with and surviving every day life. Life isn't easy. Relationships aren't easy. But, Ms. Collins has written a beautiful series celebrating life and living and how it all works out in the end. The books are filled with memorable characters and moments.

My second time reading this book, I loved it even more than the first time. I cried both times around and my squealing at the adorable parts could be heard all through my house. I need a Derek or a Greg for myself!

I enjoyed this book.
I found it had some humor throughout, which was nice.
A nice clean book with no swearing.
Only thing I didn’t care for was the epilogue.
The epilogue seemed a bit rushed with so much thrown in
at the end.

I re-read this book before I move on to my next book because it’s just so impactful each time. I love Jackie and I love that it truly shows the raw emotions of her life. Beautiful book.

Rarely a book affects me like this one. I read this book over a two-month period, taking my time, soaking in every word, writing notes. I identified with the main character, Jackie. She like myself lost a parent. She like myself had to deal with another person trying to take the parent’s place.
This is the final book in the Bradleyville series and in my opinion—the best. I’ll miss the characters as I’ve spent countless hours with them. I’ll not soon forget the people of Bradleyville in eastern Kentucky.
Also rarely do I read a prologue more than once. In Capture the Wind for Me, I read it several times. Each time I gained a deeper sense of the scene.
The use of color throughout the book was something I found very interesting. It added a level to the story, that and the use of symbols. I could envision the scene in a deeper way.
This will be a book I’ll refer to again. The reading and studying will help me in my own writing.
I’m a little saddened that I’m finished with the book.

This was the best book that I've read all year. I literally sat up all night to finish this with tears streaming down my face! Bravo Brandilyn! It was one heck of a drama!

I love Brandilyn Collins. I was sorry when Derek died but Jackie was too torn between her love for Greg and her duty to Derek and his family. I knew she was meant to marry Greg.

This was the best book of the series! I can't say enough about books 2 and 3 of this series. Great stories, characters you will love and remember for a long time.
