Ever wonder what “eating healthy” means? In “Health & Happiness For the Western World Through Energy Manipulation”, Jeff Murray does a nice job of explaining how what you eat, drink, and do, effects your health. Murray is not pushing any specific diet or supplement. He just explains in everyday language why some of the things we eat aren’t what we should be putting in our bodies.
