If I could I would definitely give this book 10 Stars!!!

There aren't a lot of books that can make me cry. Laugh, yell, extremely confuse me, yes. But cry, no. Catching A Fallen Starr is one of those books that's so raw, and honest, and completely breathtaking that you have no other choice but to shed a few tears.

STARR is going through so much. Much more than any one person should ever go through in life. In this life you have to look out for yourself, & she has mastered that art. And yes, s

This ARC was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review.

We follow Starr through the journey her life takes after starting to use drugs again after having some clean time. She has lost her family and friends, she's broke and getting evicted....Nothing is coming easy for her or going her way.
I don't want to ruin any of the plot by saying anything about what happens. The whole story keeps you hanging on the edge of your seat. You never know what is going to happen next and you feel eve

~I was given this book for an honest review.~
This book brings out a lot of emotions, there's times you want to laugh, cry and kick somebody in the nuts. I really enjoyed this book but I had one issue and I'm sure how to explain without ruining some of the plot. I just thought it ruined the flow of the book for me. It was a flashback and I'm not sure it was needed.
I felt some much with Starr, granted I haven't been as low as she's been, but I know what it's like to fall for the wrong guy. Starr,

Gritty. Real. Tragically Sweet.

These words are synonymous with Law’s style of storytelling. In ‘Catching…’ we are reconnected with Starr and Sawyer in book two of the ‘Bentley Series’. A few years have passed and both have moved on independently. For a moment we are taken back to their initial meeting and the spark is evident, their connection unquestionable. Love is complicated and Law does the story justice by exploring the facets and comple

As I sit here and write a review for Catching a Fallen Starr, the most powerful story I have read in a long time, I am crying. Sawyer is a sexy bachelor from Loa Angeles; Starr is a trouble lost girl who is using. Every page had me on the edge of my seat. One of the most gut wrenching, heart breaking, and emotional, powerful stories I have ever read. The more I read the more I my heart went out to Starr. I felt this story all the way to my soul! I wanted to jump in the book and just hold and pro ...more

Catching A Fallen Starr by Adriana Law (4 stars)
Given an ARC for an honest review.
To walk through life in darkness and feel lost is a very hard thing to do. Starr is walking in that path but strives to have light in her life. One day her small glimmer of hope came in the form of a hero named Sawyer. They have a history and through reconnection they begin to feel strong for each other. Yes, not everyone's story has a happy ending but we can always want one. To be free from darkness we need to str

This book will take you on an emotional journey. From some very dark places like drug addiction, rape and human trafficking, to happy laugher, to painful sorrow.

After meeting Starr in FELLING FOR A BENTLEY, I was so disappointed that she was back using drugs. I didn't recognize her. In BENTLEY, she was a very strong character who was well aware of her demons, but had a good handle on them. In the story, she is whiny, manipu

Oh wow! This was a very intense, emotional read and I didn't expect any less coming from Adriana. I absolutely loved Sawyer and how good of a hero he truly was. Starr needed him so much and I felt that with every word that I read of them two together. The emotions just rolled off the pages and you can truly see that Adriana put her heart into this book. It's a bit dark and deals with a difficult subject that you don't read a lot about. This author is amazing at putting these reads together.

Just WOW! Catching A Fallen Starr is one of those books that's so in your face, and honest you have no other choice but to really be in the moment and feel everything these characters are trying to say. I laughed, I cried even I thought to myself what the hell why??
Here we have Starr aka Mya. She is a really troubled girl who is hooked on drugs with no one who cares enough to help her. She has so many demons in her closet and is so down and negative about herself. Sawyer is a cop who knows her f

Absolutely heartbreaking, I am not sorry I read it, but I won't ever go back and re-read it. I doubt I'll read anything else from this series either. I'd just rather not know anymore, since their lives will probably get worse and it was already sad.
