I was given the amazing opportunity to review Paula A. Lujan Quinene's cookbook, "A Taste of Guam". I am always willing to try something new and being unfamiliar with cuisine from Guam, I had to do it!

A little synopsis about the book and it's author, from her website www.paulaq.com:

Recommends it for: Everyone
Loved looking at the recipes and seeing the variations from some of the Taitingfong family's recipes that I've only recently discovered. I love reliving my childhood memories through the food. We always had gatherings at my Aunty Rose's and the table was filled with island food. YUM!
