Friends question each other’s trust and respect as life presents serious challenges. Arturo and Sophia plan a special night following their senior party but circumstances prevent this from transpiring. Sophia then finds a suggestive photo of Arturo, which strains their relationship. Renaldo deals with alcoholic parents and his own temptation to drink, especially during a crisis with his girlfriend. Millicent struggles with her introversion and an overprotective mother. Conrad is out to prove his manhood. Wyatt has strong principles tested by the lure of the flesh. And Andrea thinks every guys she meets is Mr. Right – until after a few dates, when he becomes Mr. Wrong. Impatient, she wonders if she will ever find her man. The responsibilities of adulthood have these friends drifting apart and feeling alone, even helpless. When the most formidable situations arise, will their friendship last?

David DeGeorge is the author of various published short stories, several of which were finalists in writing contests. His first novel, Friendship, is a coming of age story.
He's since had Internment, a psychological suspense novel, Chalktrauma, a horror novel, The Chair, a chiller, and Accounting for Clues, a mystery, published. If he's not writing or drawing, he's reading (with, as John D. MacDonald said, either grinding envy or weary contempt) or he's talking with/visiting his nieces. A journey for a group of friends as they transition from teens to young adults. Each one is facing their own personal issues and demons.
