Picked this book up thinking that it would be a great guide for choosing what plants I should get for my yard, but this did very little to help with design considerations, and left a lot to be desired in understanding edible varieties.
That said, if you are seeking to better understand NATIVE Florida plants that might already be on your property, or how to recognize various pests or diseases, this is the book for you. Likely very handy as a personal reference book, but I’ll probably end up using the IFAS website instead.
