The final issue of the first series of The Flash (the Barry Allen one at least)!

Firstly, I just want to say that this issue could’ve been done at a regular comics length if not for that captured villains plot.
Which I believe they solely added to make this issue longer.

Moving on, Barry and ‘Nathan Newbury’ travel across time as they believe to right the wrongs of the past, they must go to the future.
And because of the Cosmic Treadmill, 6 villains are hot on their heels!

Anyway, the ‘master-mind’ behind all this trouble is revealed to be Abra Kadabra. Who is doing all of this to change the Flash’s fate...but to actually make magic a thing in his time.
Yup, because he’s bitter that magic is not taken seriously, Abra Kadabra changed The Flash’s fate…

The good thing out of all of this, Flash is reunited with the person who he thought was lost forever…
My question is; what about Fiona? I know I hadn’t read ALL the comics but seriously, he was going to marry her and then she just disappears (after they make her go crazy)?

What I loved most about this issue was the subtle hint to Barry’s fate and the Crisis.
Other than that, this was a pretty weird but mediocre story.
