Leisure Arts was a favorite idea book for my in the early 90s when I made all of my Christmas projects/presents. I enjoyed reminiscing through these pages of book 5, I found only 3 projects I wish to complete. I can use several projects with my first graders and they will be treasured.

The theme chapters were not half as appealing as the recipes in the second half of the book, most of which I hope to try when the holidays roll around. I also liked the ideas for fabric Christmas trees and garlands so this volume is definitely staying on my shelf.

And to start it off we are told this:
