Written from a slightly different angle to Michelle 's other books, which was a nice change. I always like reading her stuff as it keeps your mind on health and fitness and how you can make it work in your everyday life. She writes for a normal every day person - not a gym junkie. Her content is very accessible. And an easy read with her conversational and frank tone.
