My name is Krystal and I love reading and writing! I doubt I could be without my kindle as I take it everywhere with me as every moment I can spear I spend it reading.

I have always thought of myself as quite inventive and I figured it was time to put my creativity and imagination to work! That's when I decided to buy a smaller laptop that I could easily carry with me and furiously write whenever possible!

That's how on January 2015 I began writing and publishing my novellas. I love it and I hope you enjoy reading my stories almost as much as I enjoyed writing them!

If you don't know where to start I'd suggest you pick up Unforeseen, Fortuitous and Alpha Queen, which are all free.

A marginal improvement on Unforseen in the sense that there was actually some description*, Fortuitous was still a DNF early on due to writing style. The MC's voice has the maturity of a thirteen year old girl and the interactions are heavy on cheese and get-over-yourself.

I skim read some of the rest and was absolutely horrified to read rape described thusly "Then, one night, his date at the time came into my room and raped me. With men we aren’t used to calling non-consensual sex rape. Regardless, that’s exactly what it was...At first, I thought about telling dad. Heck, I even considered locking my door." Ok, so far not a bad attitude is it? We're acknowledging that men can be raped. True and often overlooked. And then...

"Then I realized I liked having sex and she was more than eager to show me the ropes. So why stop? After all, she was a beautiful older and experienced woman who wanted to please and teach me. I would have been a fool to stop it."

So basically, men who are raped should just decide to enjoy it. Nice one. Really healthy and not at all damaging an attitude.

*Although I wish authors would realise that most readers don't give a damn for every last detail of a character's clothes and makeup.

Once again Krystal White has written a story you can't turn away from. Although there were several aspects of this book I found similar to the Alessandra Powell series by this author, I loved the characters, the dialogue, and the setting she's created. Let me just say this author can write one helluva steamy scene! If you like erotica, this book is riiiight up your alley. There were a number of typos I noticed in this story. They don't detract from the flow at all - and i'm sure they'll be picked up in no time!

I would give this 41/2 Stars.
I just finished reading the Alessandra Powell Series , my first series or even book by author, Krystal White. So my expectations were high.
This story is about a young 17 year old teenager, Anabella who had loving parents. It was their habit once a month to have date night. This last date night, they went out and were sideswiped by a drunk teenager who was texting on the phone and both of them were killed. Anabella has to make a decision to pack up her house and sell it and go live with her older sister Kayla in LA. Kayla is in medical school, studying to be a doctor. Kayla's boyfriend Robert is a lawyer so he handles the case against the drunk driver and eventually they settle for 10 million dollars so after all fees are taken out Kayla and Anabella are left with 6 million dollars. They buy a house in LA and move in together. Anabella was ready to leave after finding her boyfriend Evan having sex with her so called best friend Lisa in the back seat of his car. With no reason left to stay where she is other than she was suppose to be the Valedictorian at her high school she moves with two months left in high school to go.
When she first meets Marcus she is attracted to him. She does not know that Marcus is a young millionaire, but she finds out quite quickly. She calls him up and they go out to dinner and they don't stay because they can't keep their hands off one another. She also meets Slade and becomes really good friends with him, he goes to her high school and shows her around. There are things about Marcus' family that make being with him impossible. How does she feel when she finds her boyfriend cheating on her? What happens that makes being with Marcus impossible? What happens to her friendship with Slade? We are left on a cliffhanger and you will want to read the next.

This little Novella is the first book I have read of this authors work so for Lulu that is a nice afternoons read and I was given a copy by the author. I admit I did not realise it is a Novella size and I do have a love/hate relationship with Novellas as I love detail, detail, detail in my romance and I generally feel rushed when reading a Novella.

Firstly, the sex scenes were really well written and the interactions Bella has with various characters such as in the pool, lift and at her home I did find really intriguing and will have me picking up book 2 to find out where they all lead to - so many questions?

So with Fortuitous the characters and plot was interesting and how I wish it was a full length novel as I wanted more information on all the numerous people we are introduced to. It is probably going to be my issue for this whole series if they are all around the 100 pages, so many men in this first book and so little time knowing them.

I am intrigued by Anabella as a character however I truly think she would have made more sense being a college student and not a 17 year old high school girl as to me she seems to have adapted to the death of her parents along with finding out her boyfriend cheated on her and then being a virgin and giving it away to a complete stranger on the day he tattoos her - weird for me?

Perhaps she is just a well rounded and has a strong inner belief and she is given pretty free reign by her sister sleeping at a strange guys house not long into moving in with her? I can understand why her sisters boyfriend was getting a bit antsy and then also he freaks me out a bit, I find him a bit sleezy, perhaps just me.

I am dying to know about the two brothers who have moved into Marcus's building, also Michael I think will cause trouble in book two, I actually am feeling more connection with Bella and her friend Slade than her and Marcus so that is weird.

I think in book two we are going to fly by the seat of our pants with all these men hovering around. I am wondering if some are bad guys waiting to come out and show themselves - Lulu is looking forward to the next instalment that is for sure.

Anabella Summers was a typical seventeen years old. She was happy, popular, smart and was thinking about graduation and which college she would go to. Then one Saturday night her parents were killed in a fetal crash and she felt like the colors were sucked away from the world.
Devastated, she asked her older sister to allow her to move in with her in the hopes of starting over in a new place away from all the memories that were consuming her.
Anabella moves with her older sister to LA after her parents died. With a broken heart she starts a new cycle in her life. One day as she is having a walk around the city where she meets Marcus Thompson. He is so handsome and makes Anabella experience feelings and emotions that she never felt before.
“I get what feels like 220 volts of electricity running through my body and pooling at my core. I’ve never felt this way before. Not even close. How come someone’s voice do this to me? I’m almost afraid to turn and look at him. What is his voice is the only thing he has going for him? Regardless, I brave it out since I need to see him and as I turn I am rendered speechless. He is by far the best looking guy I’ve ever seen.”
The stories continues as they get to know each other and develop a sentimental relationship. Since the book is a novella, it is fast paced and it doesn't give to much detail. The book is left with a cliffhanger and also with many details to get to know the character more. They are supposed to be fill in the books to come.
This is the first novella of the Series of Novellas that tell the story Anabella Summer. Also this is the first time I read a book about this author. The story is well written. The books is a great read and you will enjoy reading the novella.

*** I Love Story Time was gifted an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review ***

3.5 Stars!

I just finished Fortuitous, and I was able to read it in one sitting! If you're looking for a quick easy read, this would be what I would recommend. However, just because it's a short read, it does not mean it lacks in sex scenes. There are definitely some steamy scenes in this story!

Annabella moved to LA to live with her sister. She's just finishing up high school and about to turn 18. When she first gets to town, she meets Marcus. Marcus is 23 and an established business man who has everything he needs; including women constantly throwing themselves at him. So when he doesn't want anyone else after just one encounter with Bella, she can't understand why he wants her. Bella sees herself as just an ordinary girl. She doesn't see that guys gravitate towards her.

On Annabella's first day at her new school, she meets Slade. Slade is in the same grade and has a few classes with her. Their relationship is strictly friends, but I can tell Slade feels a little more for her than friendship. Honestly, I kinda liked Slade. There's something dark and mysterious about him!

In the end, this was a good story. The only thing I had a hard time with, was how fast the relationship between Marcus and Annabella moved. I am happy that I get to jump right into book 2! Book 1 kind of leaves you with a little cliffhanger, so I'm interested to see how things continue. I'm also nervous, just a little bit, that something might happen between Slade and Annabella. I hope he doesn't give up too easily on his feelings for her. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

For the first 17 years of Anabella's life have been very fortunate. She was blessed with loving and adoring parents. After Anabella's parents death, she closed herself off, preferring to be on her own she didn't even allow Evan in. Kayla agreed to sell the house and have Anabella move to LA with her. She thinks that a change of scenery will be good and that she might be able to mourn her loss. What she didn't was to meet Marcus and everything started to move fast.
Anabella is 17 years old and really close with her step sister Kayla. She was involved in a lot of extra curricular activities, very smart. She was also very outgoing. Kayla is Anabella's sister, she is studying to become a doctor at UCLA. She has very weird shifts. She cares deeply about Anabella. Robert is a Criminal Lawyer, Kayla's boyfriend and he negotiated the terms for Kayla and Anabella. Kayla and Robert have been together since Jr. High. He is Lisa's older brother. Evan was Anabella's boyfriend, cheater. He moved here from Sweden. Lisa used to be Anabella's best friend. Marcus owns a tattoo shop, an escort service and a high class strip club. he is the youngest of three.
This is the first book in this series and my first book by this author and I can honestly say this book is very good. The characters are very well developed and it's very well written. I can't wait to read the next book in this series.

Annabella thought she had the perfect life, and in a way she did loving parents, good grades, a boyfriend she loved and had been w for 2 years and her sister who was her best friend. in one night it is ripped away from her when her parents are killed in a car accident. now needing a change she moves to LA with her sister. after only being there for a few says she meets Marcus and things heat up quickly from their first encounter together. people question hoe quickly they r moving but for Annabella, Marcus is all she wants. When she starts school she immediately befriends Slade and his brother Charlie/Charles. but is Slade really going to end up just being her friend or does he want more?

there were parts of this book that seemed like they jumped from one thing or another but overall I loved this story. can't wait to see what else is in store for Annabella and Marcus and to see where Slade fits into everything.

Anabella (Bella) has been thankful for her life so far, but then her parents are killed and she is left devastated. She moves to LA with her older sister to start afresh and this is where she meets Marcus.
The attraction was instant for both of them and there is some degree of an age a difference that I actually forgot about when I was so engrossed in the story. Things progress quickly the Bella and Marcus and I couldn't help but feel that there was more to him that meets the eye.
This characters and story line I loved in this short novella and I was so taken with Bella that come the end and what transpires I was left going oh my god!
Great start to a series by a new to me author I can wait to get stuck into book 2!!

Seventeen year old Anabella thought she had the perfect life. She had loving and supportive parents, her sister who was her best friend, and a boyfriend, who she thought loved her. Then a tragic car accident took the life of her parents. Devastated and inconsolable, Anabella decides to move to LA with her sister, leaving behind a cheating boyfriend. During her first week in LA, she meets Marcus. The attraction is instant and mutual. As their relationship progresses, others wonder if she is moving too fast with Marcus. As Anabella adjusts to a new school, she quickly meets a new friend, Slade. Is Slade just a friend, or does he want to be more? Will Marcus' lifestyle be too much for Anabella to deal with? I loved this book and can't wait to read what happens next with Anabella and Marcus.

At the tender age of 17, Anabella (Bella) has lost her parents. Hoping for a fresh start Bella moves in with her sister, and has switched high school two months before graduation.

Bella meets Marcus, at a tattoo shop while sightseeing in her new community. Marcus is completely enamored with Bella. He asks her to go on a date and their relationship takes off from there.
Bella learns that Marcus is a very successful business man, running three companies.

At her new school, many of the boys are interested in Bella. She tells them she has a boyfriend, but can not believe the connection she has with these boys as well.

A great novella and enticing start to the series. I can not wait to read the rest of the series!

A great read that will leave you with wanting more. Annabella moves to LA with her sister after losing her parents to a car accident and finding her boyfriend cheating on her with her best friend. When she first meets Marcus she is attracted to him. She also meets Slade and becomes really good friends with him. There are things about Marcus' family that make being with him impossible. How does she feel when she finds her boyfriend cheating on her? What happens that makes being with Marcus impossible? What happens to her friendship with Slade?

You are left on a cliffhanger and will want to read the next.

When Anabella looses both her parents, her world comes tumbling down. It doesn't help to find that her boyfriend and her best friend are also sleeping together. So Anabella decides to pickup and leave with only two months left of High School to go live with her sister. Here she meets Marcus and their relationship moves along pretty fast, a little too fast for my taste but maybe that's how it works for some people. I kept feeling like there was something that Marcus was keeping secret though. With all these guys falling all over her, where her new relationship with Marcus last? Can't wait to read the next book in the series to find out what happens next.

I read this over a wet weekend and it certainly livened my mood up. The plot is actually quite straight forward but with an underlying current of mystery which quickly deepens. The characters were good and quickly established and I liked the age difference between the characters which made it more intriguing. I think Fortuitous is a strong start to the series and I'm looking forward to the next instalment.

Another winner for Krystal. This is a short sweet look into again what's going to be another amazing series.
I honestly can't put into words how her books keep me engaged from page one. Annabelle goes thru some devasting life events and just when you think its all going great for her bam Krystal takes the story on the opposite direction and leaves us hanging. Looking forward to book two.

Fortuitous is the first book in The Annabelle Summers series, and is my first read by Author Krystal White. I have to say that I loved the concept of this story. After having read this first book, I felt the author wisely left the story open for many possible paths. While I did enjoy the story line, I felt that some of the transitions in the story were not as smooth and that additional editing was necessary. However, I am definitely intrigued enough to continue with the series.

This is book one in the Annabelle Summers series. It is a short Novella, so it is a quick and easy read. I loved the premise of this story and really liked the characters in it.

I did feel that the story was really good, however the story line was not developed enough and it tends to ump from one thing to the next without any real explanation or link, it didn't develop enough. I also feel it could do with re-editing. However, I am intrigued to know what will happen in book 2!

This is the first book in the Anabella Summers series and it's a great read! It does end on quite a cliffhanger and I can't wait to see what happens next! There are some smoking hot love scenes here and this book felt like a platform for the series to take off from and I am very much looking forward to see where this author takes this series next. I highly recommend this book to anyone to read and I am definitely planning on reading much more from this author in the future.

Short but clever story which seems to set out the basis for the series going forward. The characters are all introduced and plenty of intrigue is introduced which leads to speculation as to what their real intentions are. I'm looking forward to seeing how the story progresses from here.
