“So that’s it? You just never want to see me anymore?”

I want to see you every day. “We can still call each other. I want to help you find answers, I’ll never stop with that. To absolve not only me, but you, too. But that means we have to focus on what’s important, and it’s not this.” I stumbled back when he moved closer still.

“Charlie.”

“Not this,” I repeated.

Truth cannot conquer lies. It can’t prove Charlie’s innocence. It sure as hell doesn’t prevent the police from closing in. With clues that are leading straight to her, the only thing Charlie knows for sure is that no one is without their own sins—including the man she cares about the most.

Will love turn out to be the ultimate distraction? Or will it be the one weapon to shatter perceptions and spare Charlie’s life?

There is only one novella left. This is sixth installment of Ketley Allison’s seven-part new adult romantic suspense series. Can you get to the killer before Charlie does?

Slade reveals all! Oh man, this is a lot of new information. I couldn’t understand why everyone was being so mopey at the beginning (well, someone died so they have a reason to, but still. Overly mopey.) And now that I think about it, the titles for each of these books are genius. Ketley Allison gets me to feel exactly what she wants me to feel. So much betrayal here, and the most explicit scene in the book yet – although it was very steamy to read I still kind of liked it. Can I change my team to Team Nate? Yes, please. 4 stars.

This series is killing; in the best kind of way that is. I'm still no closer to figuring out who committed the murder but I have an idea.

I few new things were brought to light. Some of them I had already guessed and others not. I love new details; adds more twists to the story line.

Finally Slade is out of the picture. He was starting to really get to me. However now Nate is ready to claim Charlie for himself. Can is girl ever get a moment to herself. Everybody seems to want a piece of her in some form or another.

With some new evidence been discovered Charlie way finally be free or is all just a lie? The suspense is killing me.

Surrender is the sixth book in this series and hopefully the last book will give us many answers. Charlie's life has really devolved and everything she knew and loved has been shredded. Slade has admitted to cheating somewhat with Reagan and the excitement he felt with her. He's shown that he puts himself first and he's too selfish to be there for Charlie. Nate lost so much with Reagan's death but he still cares about Charlie and wants to find out the truth. Lara loves Charlie just as much and wants the best for her. The mystery continues and sadly more and more it seems that Charlie's going to go down for this crime.

Ready to read Stay and hopefully find out the truth of this mystery.

What a surprise!

I never saw that one coming, honestly! Things are never as they seem and unfortunately these guys figured that out the hard way. This story has kept me on edge from the beginning and now that it’s over, I’m looking forward to more from this author. I cannot wait to see what else she has out there.

Amazing

I loved this book and this series. What Charlie had to go through was heartbreaking and of course heartwarming. There was a lot of twist and turns a lot of unsuspected things that happened. I really enjoyed this book. Definitely read this series

Shel: god, KETLEY. Every time. EVERY FREAKIN' TIME, you kill me. We are so close to finding out what the hell happened to Reagan...and yet one full book away. GAHHHHH. Court: This installment packed a huge punch. I am still reeling.

Shel: Actually, NO. NO I do NOT need a minute. I NEED THE FINAL INSTALLMENT NOW. I'm looking at you, Ketley. Court: I, at this point, have so many more predictions than questions, but I am so desperate to finish this one! But, also not, because then what. will. we. do. then!

Shel: For those of you keeping up with this series (you're brilliant by the way), Charlie made some interesting choices in terms of how she handled being a suspect. I honestly have no idea who I'd communicate with or how I'd handle that situation, though I think it would involve lots of ice cream, alcohol, tears, and anger. I was a little surprised at her blatant disregard for Lou's advice about who she spoke with. I was also surprised at some of the revelations in this installment. And as per usual, she totally KILLED me at the end of this. Court: She killed us with the end of it, but for once...I am...at least 50% proud of Charlie. The strides she makes into being the heroine we have known her to be...the one that doesn't just let her life happen to her. And Whoa. I am still in shock, and conflict over the other decisions she made...and that others made. Just shock. Whoa. I never know what will happen in this series, and the suspense is so awesome!

Shel: I have no idea how Ketley will end this--I have a few thoughts, but rather than share them, I will hold out for the final installment of this series and hope that it all turns out okay. Court: I have my Clue predictions too: This person, did it this way (we sort of know how they did it...) and they have been laughing at me the entire time because I don't know! Hah. NO really. The writing of this series has been so wonderful. The emotions....they kill me. There are no sugar coating the emotions in this series. I hope you'll check it out.

book review: 4,5 stars

Ketley knows how to keep me sticked to a book, I just couldn’t put it down, I even woke up at 2am to finish it, I had to know what was going to happen next. The plot in the Snapped Series is very interesting, well developed, as well as the characters and the suspense. And this book in particular has been the most angsty of the series so far. This was a rollercoaster of emotions for me. I was shock, angry, relieved, furious, but most of all, I am so suspicious about everyone in this book, except Charlie.

At the beginning I was mad at Nate for accusing Charlie, then I was grateful at him for supporting her, but still suspicious about his actions. Later, I was so shocked about what happened with Slade, Oh. My. God. What. The. Hell? I just couldn’t believe it, but to be honest, after what happened in the previous book, Suspect, I saw that coming. Ugh!.

At the end of the book I was confused. Don’t get me wrong, it was a good kind of confusion, but still confused. Despite of my confusion, I think what Charlie did was the best, it helped her to get her back on track, especially for what comes for her at the beginning of the last book of the series.

Surrender is 100% recommended! I can’t wait to read the last book of the series.

AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH no this is not going my way !! But HOLY HOTNESS Nate can come on over anyday of the week !! WOW he is HOT and YUMMY and I always liked him just loved Slade more but IDK now that I have seen him in a different light LOL the naked kind !! WOW.....ok back to the story !!

So here we have Charlie completely broken she is talking to everyone despite being warned not to. Lara has an alibi...hmmmm interesting and I guess that means she is done with Nate !! Slade is done with everything and choosing his career over protecting and standing by Charlie , who seems to be the biggest suspect. Nate has been sneaking info for himself and to Charlie and it isn't adding up but yet it seems to be clearing Charlie... or at least we thought. We know she didn't do it , heck we are reading her story. Who the heck is setting her up , who is planting all these suspicious leads and why are they out to get her. Nate and Charlie start working through evidence and leads , spending tons of time. Nate is there for Charlie , helping her through keeping her from shutting down. He is a great guy but is he the murderer ?? After guilt consumes her Charlie and Nate's new found relationship may come to an end... One earth shattering phone call has Charlie throwing caution to the wind and when she does and who she calls and what they do !!!!!! YEEEHAWWWWW !! But charlie and her notes , what the heck is she going to do now...

Ah, hell, really? Slade really started an affair with Raegan? I mean, I don't blame him for being attracted to her cuteness around him, since Charlie felt attraction for Nate just the same, but at least she didn't act on it. She clearly told him that she was still serious about her relationship with Slade, and not going behind his back. Slade told her to stop seeing him, and she accomodated, but did he show the same courtesy when Char said she wanted Slade to stop spending any moment on Rae? No, of course not. Because women don't have the same right to get jealous, nooooo. And of course he's choosing his career over his love, breaking up with Charlie. Pissing. Me. Off.

At least Nate breaks the rules for Charlie -- in a good way only, hopefully. He was there when she needed him most to pick up the pieces Slade left behind, despite his lawyers saying he should stay away because everyone is still under tight scutiny. So yeah, no, I totally support Charlie finally surrendering to her attraction to Nate. Too soon doesn't play in here, not with the attraction being there for weeks, then finding out Slade actually lied and cheated, the pressure of being a number one murder suspect... Char needs all the help and strength she can get to find her way back to herself, and get back on her feet.

Holy crap!!! I am astonished by all that has happened in part 6 of this series! It's full of "what is going on?" "what the #*$%s?" And "Oh my goodness, did that just happen?"

This series had my mind spinning! Figuring out who committed the murder is right there, and I think I have an idea of who did it, but am hoping it isn't them, because I feel it would break Char.

*spoiler alert*

Slade a piece of garbage and is finally out of the picture. I hate that Slade hurt Char the way he did. The fact that he still hid it, knowing Char already had a feeling, made it even worse and I'm hoping karma bites him in the arse!

But wait!! New evidence is brought to light in this book..... will it clear Char's name, or will it further implicate her as the murderer? Guess you better read it, to find out!

Slade, you're still an ass...

This book is driving me insane!! I have no idea who killed Reagan, although I have a strong idea.

It seems like everyone is getting crazier in this book by the minute, and I can't put it down.
