It's a story telling book about technical analysis and the writer predominantly speaks about his past successes. Book tells you that you not only need to know that you are in bear market but also in which point. This is impossible to know beforehand.

No start date or finish date for this book as it is a book to be studied throughout ones trading career in my opinion. This book is very informative for people who not only want to profit when the market is riding high as it is now but also prepare for the oncoming bear market (whenever that may be) learning both strategies can be very advantageous to ones portfolio. Gil provides many examples of previous short sells and you can actually compare them to today (CCIV,PTON,PLTR etc) I highly recommend this book if you are serious about making a living in the markets.
