This publication proved to be helpful and applicable with details and specific examples. The conversations, dialogues and contexts incorporated in this publication were also quite approachable and close to academic settings. Patricia Ackert made a good effort in composing Facts and Figures, and seemed to be successful at presenting specific information in terms of facts as well as illustrations. Overall, this publication could be of great use for most people.
