“No outside threat would touch her. But who the hell was going to keep her safe from him?”

We first met Sara Reaver in ‘Mistaken by Fate’. She’s Garrett and Will’s baby sister and now that she’s in trouble, her uncle decides to send her away. The one assigned to watch over her is Zebadiah 'Z’ Loreto, a military man, friend of her brother Garrett. Sara wants to spend her last night before she goes away at Serve. There she meets for the first time her bodyguard, Z. They bo

If there was one woman on this earth off limits, it was Little Sara Reaver. And she was the one woman he wanted more than his next breath.

Ever since we first met Sara Reaver as the smart mouthed best friend of Ridley and younger sister of Garrett and Will in Mistaken by Fate, I just knew her story will have to be a good one. With two overprotective Dom brothers; 1 in the military, and 1 a successful business owner, Sara is no pushover herself. She's a fixer and there's no job

Another really great addition to the Serve series, I would even say that Z and Sara’s story is a very close second to my overall favorite.

”Don’t make this any more difficult than it has to be.”

I think the main reason I liked it was the fact that it was just two people, with a deep attraction to each other, doing something about that attraction. Yes there was a little reluctance at the beginning, being that we are talking about a protector/protectee set up. Bu

Reread from last year and it was as good as I remembered.

The heroine was sassy and fun, the hero intense and passionate. They had great chemistry, even though it kind of fizzled out toward the end, replaced with angst and drama, but also sweetness. So yeah, I liked it.

The next instalment in this Serve series is dished up by Katee Robert and stars Sara Reaver; Will and Garrett's younger sister.

Working for her uncle, Sara has upset someone whilst going about her fixing, and finds herself secluded away and being baby sat by Zebadiah "Z" Loreto; a mean, muscled, aesthetic military friend and colleague of her brother, Garrett.

This is definitely one of those times where you’ll need to take everything here with a grain of salt. Please note that I read this shortly after a very angts-y read which I neither loved nor hated, but just really angst-y nonetheless. That may have affected how I felt about this book. Even so, an Entangled Brazen read typically cleanses the palate just right for me and gets me moving. With it usually being a quick read, having a n

Well now that the Reaver twin brothers are all matched up with their significant others, it is now time to shine the light on their baby sister Sara Reaver. Well when trouble finds Sara, her uncle sends her away for her safety and she is assigned a bodyguard to watch over her. Well this new babysitter is none other than Z, a sexy gorgeous friend of her brother, Garrett.

From the instant that they laid eyes on each other, Sara wanted him and v
I loved Katee Robert's first two books in the Serve series so was really looking forward to getting to know Garrett and Will's baby sister Sara. I knew I'd enjoy Protecting Fate but I didn't think it would be possible to top Garrett and Will as some of my favourite dominant heroes, until I met Z that is! I have to say I think this was Katee Robert's hottest story yet and I absolutely loved the chemistry between Z and Sara, in fact if it hadn't been for one of my least favourite tropes being used ...more

There's a reason I never hesitate to read Katee Robert's books; I know I'm highly unlikely to be left disappointed. Protecting Fate is another great addition to the Serve series. We've been well acquainted with the Reaver men, identical twins Garrett and Will, and now it's their younger sister Sara's turn, and from the glimpses we've had of her in Mistaken by Fate and Betting on Fate, it was going to take a patient, assertive guy to take on this independent, confident lady.

I really enjoyed Katee's other two contributions to this series, Will is my dominant boo. We met their baby sister Sara in Garett's book and I knew she was a wildcard, not sure why she wasn't to my liking, she just got on my nerves until she was in the BDSM scenes with Z.

The story-line was enjoyable and I liked Z, it was short and good for what it was, just not my fave.

I received a copy of this book, from the publisher, in exchange for an honest review. In no way did this sway either my review or my rating!

A bunch of two word phrases are rattling around in my brain after finishing Protecting Fate. "Hell yes!", "", "More please?!" just to name a few. The rest gradually build up until there's lots of cursing involved so I'll just let you use your imaginations. I seriously cannot get enough of the Serve

First book I've read in this series and I wasn't lost at all. This book was really good but there could have been a little more suspense and drama over why she was in hiding. Z was a little wishy washy for me at times but I guess he had a reason. He was hot enough that I really didn't care. Sara was amazing but I'm still not sure what her job is. I'm gonna have to go back and read her brothers HEA because they were pretty awesome.

He’ll keep her safe…but who will protect her from him?
Fixer Sara Reaver is in serious trouble. She’s stepped on the wrong toes, and now her uncle is sending her out of the city in an effort to keep her safe—and he’s assigning her a glorified babysitter. Good fun, shallow plot, easy to forget…

Protecting Fate is the story of Sara and Z. Sara is a fixer who fixes herself right into having to run out of town to save herself from…I’m still not exactly sure. Whatever she was running from, it led her out to the random ass country where Z was assigned to protect her. Sara is freaky circa BDSM clubs and what-not and so is Z. Obviously these two lasted two minutes (possibly less) before sparks were flying l

I am writing this review based on two things, what I read (which I really enjoyed) and what some of the other reviewers have posted.

Protecting Fate is the sixth installment in the Serve series, the third and final collaboration by Katee Robert. This was one I was highly anticipating and I am proud to say, did not disappoint me.

I truly appreciated that both of the authors who have worked on this series have kept the characters intertwined with the previous stories. This what makes a series, a ser

Honestly, I just didn't get this one at all. It made me question why I'm still reading this series. It's steadily going downhill and yet I can't seem to stop myself. It's like a runaway toboggan of half-assed writing. Usually I enjoy the Entangled books, but this one was definitely a big disappointment.

First of all, what was with all the nudity? Very early in the book Z rips off Sara's clothes in a towncar and in the next second she's walking down the street? Ummm...what happened to her clothes

I cant believe this is already the 6th book in this wicked hot series. It's like you just blink and a new hot and heavy book is out. Tessa and Katee have really done a good job with this series and I find myself devouring each and every one of these books.

This time it is Sara Reaver's turn to find her HEA. You may remember her from previous book as being the twins Will and Garrets baby sister. She finds herself in a spot of trouble and

Just can't stay away or out of this place having to see who has come to play next. This author sure knows how to entice the reader in and beckon them to stay awhile as she takes you on another couple who will bite the dust. Sara has been told she has to lay low awhile for her own good but play one last time before she hits the road is in her line of sight. Z being the best has been put on her detail but little did he realize it was going to start early. Both have their own desires and own rules ...more

This series is one of those just all around fantastic. I think I fall a little more in love with it with each book. Sara's books was one of my favorites yet, and I loved that some of the other characters show up from time to time.

Sara and Z? Oy, that is one couple that just works. The pair of them burn up the pages. Z is the best kind of dom (who am I kidding, all doms are great ;) ) but he is reluctant, but totally comes out of his shell from his mysterious past. And Sara, well, she isn't subm

I will start by saying this...Z is one sexy beast! Holy cow. Now I admit that I have the other books in this series sitting in my e-reader, but I have yet to read them. (There are just so many books and not enough time!) So I was unfamiliar with both Z and Sara's characters, BUT, this book can be read as a STAND ALONE.

Light BDsm fans are going to love Protecting Fate by Katee Robert. Readers who want sizzling hot scenes with an alpha male and a heroine who isn't afraid to ask for what she wants are going to love Protecting Fate by Katee Robert. Readers who want to feel a connection with the characters and care what happens with them as a couple outside of the bedroom might not love it so much.

Katee Robert delivers another fantastic book in the Serve series with the final Reaver sibling Sara and she gives her Z who is undoubtedly her match made in heaven.

After reading Will and Garrett’s books, I was eager to see who Sara would end up with and let me tell you this, I was not disappointed. This book hooked me from the first page and held me till the end when I finished it with a huge goofy grin on my face. That epilogue… damn good.

Sara Reaver has been caught in a dangerous scandal and now had to face the consequences or risk her life, so she’s heading out into the country with bodyguards to keep her safe until everything dies down at home. Sara doesn’t want to leave but she knows she has to do what she’s told and when she sees her own personal hot bodyguard seclusion in the middle of nowhere isn’t looking so bad. Z is a Dom through and through but he doesn’t practice and he keeps everything in his life professional. There ...more

I’ve enjoyed a couple of Katee’s novels, so was looking forward to this but though it was OK it didn’t really resonate with me. Sara has been exiled and is under the projection of her twin brothers’ best friend Z. She’s cross, doesn’t see why she’s been shunted aside, and feels she could look after herself. Still – its off to the country for a few days with Z.
I liked what I knew of both of them, but the inte
