This book should have been great if he didn't keep repeating himself over and over again.
Having one meal per day is similar to intermittent fasting. And I think it's hard for people who like to exercise and in this book the author recommends to only walk for exercise and don't do anything crazy... I mean of course you don't have enough energy to do a HIIT workout with 1 meal 😓
It is an okay book to enjoy and see a different diet style.
I think this book is good and useful for health-concious people. Got new interesting knowledge about diet and daily meals and exercise. I recommend this book.
