Good starter

Has good basic info but is missing a lot. If you are having issues with inflammation, check resources regarding grains and nightshades as well.

This book was so disappointing. I expected some in depth discussions and recommendations and not just advice every page to go online to find forums, go online to find recipes etc etc
If you how've a basic idea snout antiflammatory foods which this book claims to be fixed by a gluten free or Mediterranean or paler diets, you're smarter and saved yourself the cost of this book.
