Forgot to add when I got this...Complete newbie to vegetarian-ism (is that a word? If not, I'll assume you new what I meant, which = effective communication)...aiming for Lacto-Vegetarian, reason for purchase was the title...200 simple recipes...got to start somewhere, so onto the iMac Kindle it is
