In Part 3 of her Soul Scorched Serial, Donna Grant ups the heat. They may be worlds apart in who and what they are but together, it's a sensual fire!

Darcy and Warrick are under seige and Thorn helps as he can but the Dark Fae threat is growing larger. Something has to be done and the decision to go to Dreagan has been made. Only Warrick worries, Darcy has become way to important to him and he doesn't want Con going all Alpha Dragon on her.

The threat of Con is intense but first they must escape the Dark.. With the help of some unexpected allies (yeah you are so not gonna believe this) Darcy, Warrick and Thorn attempt their escape.

Book 3 may be about escaping the Dark but it also focuses on Darcy and Warrick's relationship. Can I just say smokin???? Yeah these two connect very well.

The Dark may want the Dark Kings divided but the question remains will they succeed? And what is Con hiding? There are secrets in his past that he needs to let the Kings know about. At least I think so.. I mean it could just be he boinked a seal while in dragon form.. I know ewwwww. But my point being Donna is hinting and teasing and I want to know now!!

But that's not how Donna tells a story, the wench. Nope she slowly and by slowly I mean molasses looks like light speed compared to Donna's torturous speed. Anyway she slowly builds her case for both Con and Ulrik.

My opinion? The Dark Kings will never be whole until Con and Ulrik set aside their anger and renew their friendship. And honestly, that is extremely unlikely.

Another great story woven into this part of Soul Scorched.

ABOUT THE BOOK:

Part 3: Release Date June 23, 2015

It was as if he was changing her. And she welcomed it...

Darcy's desire for Warrick has altered her life forever. But now that she's being hunted by the Dark Fae, it's up to Warrick to do whatever it takes to keep Darcy safe. But how can he protect Darcy when that means putting himself-and his entire race-at risk?

REVIEW: SOUL SCORCHED Part 3 finds the Dragon Kings at a crossroads. Con-the King of Kings-is determined to destroy Ulrik and everything he represents, while the other Kings begin to piece the events together realizing that perhaps Ulrik is not the Dragon responsible for everything that has been happening in their world.

Part 3 finds Warrick contemplating his future as his attraction to Darcy moves their relationship from friends to lovers, but his need to protect Darcy focuses on the possibility that Con will not be satisfied until everyone connected with Ulrik has been destroyed or killed.

SOUL SCORCHED part 3 reintroduces the Warriors and Druids from Donna’s original series. The Dark Kings is a spinoff from Donna’s Dark Warrior series which in turn is a spin off from Donna’s Dark Sword series- all set in the Highlands of Scotland. The Druids are called in to help one of their own, in the hopes of preventing a war between the Dark Fae and the Dragon Kings.

I love these books there's not much you can say about him except to read them. They kind of run into the same lines of most of them there is a few things difference in them but anytime you have a dragon king you have a wonderful book. They just have a hard time getting their mates to realize how hard their lives are going to be and that there now made it to a dragon king who can turn to a dragon. Same bad guys but it's getting more interesting now. I think it's getting closer to the ending.

I am frustrated with books being released in parts. Often I fad in my interest between installments and that is what happened with this book. I am sure it is fantastic..............but...............I've moved on.

Soul Scorched is an addiction. I am totally taken by the characters of this story, and there are many mysteries and questions, and I hope to find an answer to them.
Passion and plenty of action in this part of the novel.
Warrick is wonderful, is willing to defend Darcy from everything, even fighting with tooth and nail against his own race. Unwilling to make compromises that put her in danger, he always told her the truth of the facts, giving her the possibility to choose. He is a warrior, but also a protector, and he is absolutely amazing. I'm love with Darcy for her way of seeing things and her reactions.
And then there a lot more of characters in this third part of the story. Ulrik still remains an enigma, full of contradictions, Rhi fights against her self , both for her feelings not reciprocated by her ex, a mysterious Dragon king, and against the various attempts of the Dark Fae to win her over their side, and then the other couples part the Dragon King group, and druids.
I d'interesse like very much Con.
I can't wait to read the fourth and last part!
Thanks to Netgalley and St. Martin's Press for the kind preview.

Soul Scorched crea dipendenza.

Book Review- Soul Searched, Part 3 by Donna Grant

The battle with the Dark outside of Darcy’s shop was brutal. Warrick fought off many of the Dark alone. Darcy had lost sight of him and fears the outcome. She knows Thorn picked off as many as he could staying out of sight. However when Warrick appears at her door, her relief is tangible. She runs to him checking for injuries. Warrick is shocked over her worry and concern. It ignites the attraction they have for each other again. Darcy forgets her anger and lets Warrick make her forget all the danger she is in. They grow close to each other but not to the decision of what to do next.
Warrick decides the best place for her is Dreagan. The Dark can’t go to the sanctuary of the dragons. Accepting the help from Ulrick, Darcy readies herself to go to Dreagan as they fight their way out. Allies surprise Warrick and Darcy with help as they escape to safety. Doubts creep in as to who is really behind the attacks.
In part 3 Darcy and Warrick get closer. He is still determined to keep her safe. She knows the danger and agrees to go where Warrick wants to take her. However she knows they need help and accepts it when Ulrick offers. She knows he still needs her and he wants her protected in order to help him again. Warrick has no other choice but to let him help.
The author finally allows the Kings to have doubts about Ulrick and his plan. They are open to accept that someone else may be dividing the Kings and that Con refuses to switch his focus from Ulrick.
Darcy may not be as safe on Dreagan as Warrick thought she would be, especially if Con is determined to tie her to Ulrick making her an enemy in the process. This story keeps getting better and better. I give this part a 4 out of 5.

As Soul Scorched continues things between Darcy and Warrick are heating up. I love the chemistry and passion between those two. We also get a visit from The Warriors! It’s always good to see them help save the day!
The Dragon Kings are more confused than ever about who their enemies are. What is worse, if they are not careful they are going to be divided. That is the last thing they need to happen because to defeat the Dark all the Kings need to stand as one. The Dark Fae are nipping at their heels and have their eyes set on Darcy. Warrick will do everything he can to keep her safe, even from a pissed off Dragon King set on vengeance.
My heart just aches for Rhi. I truly hope she gets some peace soon, but I have a feeling it’s going to get a whole lot worse for her before it gets better.
There is so much going on in this book. The world as the Dragon Kings know it is going to change.

Soul Scorched: Part 3 by Author Donna Grant just gets better and better! I am totally enthralled by this new e-serial about Dragon Kings. There is so much more than just dragons though. There is Darcy, a Druid and there are plenty of Dark and Light Fae to go around.

I love War more and more with each book. I am totally team War! His and Darcy's relationship is wonderful and keeps you on your toes. I am still not sure who is the real bad guy here. Is it Ulrik or maybe its Con! There is plenty of action that will keep you glued to your e-reader!

I cannot wait to read the next installment and highly recommend the series!

Thanks Netgalley for a copy to read and review.

This book has me so conflicted on who the bad guy really is! The mystery surrounding Rhi's Dragon King is baffling me, just when I think I know who it is I feel I am wrong. Her misery is so huge for me, for her to be that close to someone and he not feel the same for her despite how much she has helped. I hope she get's her HEA and it's not the dragon king/ahole.
Warrick is all kinds of wonderful in this part, defending Darcy and killing Dark Fae left and right. Most of this part is battle scenes which I'm not a big fan of but I don't want to miss anything!
Five star series!

Wow the series just gets better. Who are the baddies there are so many to choose from. Darcy & War can't fight their attraction any longer, he needs to protect her but he can't do it alone anymore. Thorn has to stay hidden all the time and there are too many Dark around. He needs to get her to safety but who can he trust as there are so many out to get Darcy. Rhi is a worry as she is confused about Ulrik and she is still fighting her love for the Dragon King. Who can Darcy trust as there are so many secrets that still need to be told. The war is coming and who will be left standing. The next one is going to blow our minds.

Soul Scorched, Part 3 is great! We learn a lot more about the connection between Warrick and Darcy. Let's just say their connection was instant, sexy and HOTT! You could actually see the sparks fly. These two are so perfect for each other and need to put aside everything else and figure this out. Warrick says he does not want a mate, but does he really think he'll be able to let another have Darcy? Silly Dragon King. Darcy is completely attracted to this Dragon King, I mean, who wouldn't be. I hope these two realize what they have, fast!!

They just keep getting better. More light is being thrown upon Ulrik and maybe he's the bad guy but not the only one you should be worried about. Warrick, the dark, the light, The kings, and Darcy all have secrets and those secrets can tear everything apart. I have to say I dont even have words for this one except I'm hating Con more an more every book.

I can't wait to get into the next part.

Part 3 of Soul Scorched begins at Chapter 23 and goes through Chapter 33. I love reading Donna’s books! In Part 3, the heat between Warrick and Darcy is blazing. With the Dark Fae surrounding them and Ulrik offering his help, enemies become allies as they try to get Darcy to safety. This portion gives us a different view of Con, and many followers of this series will be extremely surprised. My heart is racing as I prepare to read the final chapters in this book.

This is the third book in the series and there is more action and some hot steamy scenes between Warrick and Darcy. We learn more about Ulrik and Rhi. I am really not liking Con at the moment and I'm anxious to see what Darcy's fate will be. Can't wait to dive into the next book and see where it all goes.

War grows closer between the Dark Fae and the Dragons. As the pieces begin to unravel all is not what it seems, is there another enemy the Dragon Kings don’t know about? In the middle of all this will Warrick and Darcy find their way together? I am hooked love this series looking forward to more! Suspenseful and sexy. Great Read!

Something is going on. The Kings are on guard but who or what is the danger. The Dark know the Kings can't switch. Ulrich has a lot of pots on the fire. He is betrayed but still hangs around to save Thu, Lily and Darby. Con is really mad she helped Ulrich get some powers back. This gets more and more curious. Can't wait for the next episode! I have this book for an honest review for NetGalley.
