1998 pub date, so I'm sure a lot of this is online now, but still useful to know about -- forms, contracts, legalese that I'd have no idea how to write myself (and I did have a taste of this recently by being on an art show planning committee). Another to remember.
I found this to be a pretty handy guide for creating agreements & legal documents involving art sales & artists. There were a lot of forms that I'd never use myself but I can see this being useful to the artist who is needing some help with business organization & record-keeping.
