Fans of Jake Devlin's books will love this streamlined version of the policies set forth in the initial speech that character, Gordon Donne delivers, following his purchase of the U.S. government in the first novel of the Devlin quatrology. I would encourage everyone to read the full series,"The Devlin Deception," followed by "Devlin's Defiance" and "Devlin Sub Rosa," all soon to be followed by the fourth book in this intriguing set of books. As a reader of all of Mr Devlin's work I had previously read Donne's rules of congress, however I find this book an awesome addition to the Devlin series. Smart and informative, an excellent read. Donne for President. SCR
