Thought it'd be interesting to learn more about Norwegian food, that maybe there'd be some good fish dishes or desserts. There was nothing at all inspiring, not a lot to make without heavy cream or gelatin or some other thing I don't really keep on hand, "forcemeats" sound kind of gross, and so...A lot of this stuff, *if* it was on the menu, I'd order it & try it, but I can't imagine cooking any of it myself.
