Rate this book
BRAND NEW + AUTOGRAPHED by author. Sheila Taormina is a 4-time Olympian, gold medalist, triathlon world champion, author and swimming coach. ***By a special arrangement with Sheila, we have a very limited quantity of new copies of Call the Suit. They are the last remaining new copies and are a collectors item for sports collectors.*** She is one of a handful of athletes who have competed in four Olympic games and the only woman in history to have competed in three distinctly different sports -- swimming, triathlon, and modern pentathlon. Before Sheila released the bestselling Swim Speed Series of books, she self-published Call the Suit. Call the Suit covers similar content to Swim Speed Secrets and explains how you can swim faster by adopting the same technique as elite swimmers.

"Met" Sheila at a women's conference in Arizona. She is a powerful speaker and it translates well into her book.

Great photos, great information and real tools to help you become a more powerful swimmer. What I like most? The book isn't long... which means I was able to read it slowly to absorb the information, test it in the pool AND still have a few weeks before my triathlon. YAY!

Highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for good swim technique!

Definitely worth a read for triathlon swimmers. I think the most powerful idea of the book is to stop focusing on so many different aspects of the swim and just focus on the one or two things that REALLY REALLY matter. It's not easy, but it works.
