What a beautiful story about a child's experiences transitioning away from traditional school. It goes through a week in his life, and all his wonderful explorations in the world, from museums to baking. This book is a great way to introduce children to school changes and all the emotions and feelings that come with it. It has beautiful watercolor and ink illustrations that convey the vibrancy of Ben's world.

Such a beautiful written book about how Ben came into himself once his Mum discovered the beauty of home schooling...A very engaging read as it was rhyming and it makes the read more special as it was written from personal experience. I would like to see the writer, Lorraine blanche, write more stories
