About the author

Sheikh Hasina is the current Prime Minister of Bangladesh, in office since January 2009. She previously served as Prime Minister from 1996 to 2001, and she has led the Bangladesh Awami League since 1981. She is the eldest of five children of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the founding father and first President of Bangladesh, and widow of the nuclear scientist M. A. Wazed Miah. She is also sometimes referred-to as Sheikh Hasina Wazed, her married name.Hasina is a member of the Council of Women World Leaders, an International network of current and former women presidents and prime ministers.

৩ টা লেখা ভালো। একটা কবি সুফিয়া কামাল এর স্মৃতি নিয়ে, আরেকটা একাত্তর সালের যুদ্ধকালীন তার পরিবার ও অভিজ্ঞতার খুব সংক্ষেপ বর্ননা। তিন নম্বরটা কেন্দ্রীয় কারাগার ভ্রমণের, পাকিস্তান আমলের জেল দর্শনের স্মৃতিচারণ। এর বাইরে ভালো বইটার শিরোনাম। মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী তার পরিবার নিয়ে আরো লিখবেন আশা করি। রাজনৈতিক প্রবন্ধগুলির চেয়ে ঐ লেখাগুলি অনেক অনেক বেশি সুখপাঠ্য। ঐ তিনটা লেখার জন্য তিনটা তারা দিলাম।
