Presents two real cases in which animals were carriers for disease that affects humans, and discusses how doctors uncovered the cause and attempted to stop the spread of the disease.
I thought this book was interesting because it gives information about topics like animal diseases like bird flu and mad cow disease. It also provides information from an interview with Dr. Scott Dowell who’s an epidemiologist, he answers questions about diseases and what it’s like working in disease control.
For me, this book is a 4/5 only because it’s short, but it’s one of those books that you never loose you attention to.
