I thought I would enjoy this book more because I prefer to sew by hand, but there really isn't anything "elegant" in this book. I found the designs to be gaudy, and not in a good kind of way. I'm not really sure who this book is for, but it's not for me.

This book is full of a variety of unique projects. While they are not complicated, the book does assume some prior knowledge of sewing and needlework.
