I am writing a second book (First book is Out of the Dark: A Direction for Change in Education) with the co-author of this book, Rosie Gornik. We are in the process of writing an edited book that supports a transformative form of leadership in schools. With all of the changes taking place in education today, I think the book will be well timed. We use this book in graduate courses for change in education.
