Not a bad starting point.
More of a pretty picture book than an exhaustive instruction manual, as the writer is more concerned with talking about the emotional and psychological interplay between humans doing rope bondage, and the photographer is more into the aesthetics of the photos and the models than making clear instructions for the knot tying techniques.

Really

Save your money. Basically a book on how to comfort someone being tied up, with a how to for a few simple knots.
