I use this book all the time! Every dish we have made out of it has been great. I would highly recommend this book if you like to cook but don't have too much time and don't want to make a huge mess when you cook. It also gives wine recommendations for each dish. It is not low-fat though...lots of meat and cheese in the dishes.
We subscribe to this magazine and love it. This book has great recipes. Some really are quick and some take more time but, either way, you don't have to worry about side dishes because the recipes are all complete meals. Plus, it has wine pairings for every dish.
