Driscoll is the founder and teaching pastor of Mars Hill Church in Seattle, Washington, as well as the co-founder of the Acts 29 Church Planting Network where he also served as President for a short period. Driscoll continues to serve on the board of Acts 29. He has contributed to the "Faith and Values" section of the Seattle Times and the "On Faith" section of the Washington Post.

The bottom line: On Who is God is a theologically sound and powerful treatise on God’s identity as well as a defense of the Trinitarian God of the Bible.

If you seek a quick, succinct, clear and easy-to-read guide to better understand the central tenets about God, then look no further. Certainly, you could read a more comprehensive theology textbook, but you then would have to make it through hundreds of pages in order to extract the same basic themes. Without question, On Who is God never strays away from the Biblical text.

A great little book discussing the reasons for belief in God, non-biblical views of God, the nature of God, the person and work of Jesus Christ and true worship of God. Driscoll touches on some deep and weightier thoughts and themes, but keeps it simple and understandable.

This was a very quick read. Not to deep. Went to the core and why. It took all the isms and showed where they break down and how Christianity all ties together with creation, time, and mankind. Driscoll also went briefly into the worship of God and how we can identify what we really worship. I thought it was worth the hour read. It is a apologetics type of book, which is basically the reason for what you believe.

This is a short and easy to read book on God. It simply and clearly goes through His attributes and His purposes and works. It is a very good book for people considering the claims of Christianity as well as for Christians to read to encourage their faith and their knowledge of who God is.
