I've still got my old worn and tattered Book 1 that I bought more than 30 years ago.
The A.U.A. books written by Marvin Brown are still some of the best material available for learning to speak Thai.

If you are just beginning to learn Thai, Book 1 is a great starting point.

Good, systematic approach to learning Thai, but not a big fan of the transliteration method employed.
