A very good first issue in a comic version of the story of the Buddha. Artwork is really nice and story is well told.

The artwork in this is gorgeous, wish it was longer though.

A surprisingly good comic. As a free download on ComiXology I thought I'd check out this story on the Enlightened one and it certainly didn't disappoint. It shows of how Buddha was born and how his father was to make sure he would grow up to be the man he would become. It's different but worth checking out if your curious about Buddha.

This was beautifully drawn and engagingly written. I love the story of Buddha, and am familiar with it through the classic book, Siddhartha, and through Osamu Tezuka's masterful, multi volume epic bearing his name. I did not expect to find a story so fresh and exciting. Even with what I already knew, this single issue made me want to read the story again, as though I'd never heard it. Well done!

It is fine but the graphics could be of better quality. I hope to see if it improves in the future.

Illustrated ideas on the birth of the baby

The drawing of events in the life of the Buddha as told by Deepak Chopra were bold and fresh. The text was sometime difficult to read.
