⭐️⭐️
This book is aesthetically pleasing with beautiful illustrations but that unfortunately is where my praise ends.
This book is quite on helpful with its instructions and fairly pretentious when it comes to the art of tea leaf for reading, particularly for beginners.
It expects the reader to have access to filter spring water, organic tea leaves, silver or stainless steel items, several individual teapots, a round bodied kettle and the gas stove top to heat it with.
I’m not adverse to having my tea leaves read by someone else but personally I’m sticking to the far more accessible tarot.

Adorable tiny book, loved the illustrations and detailed aesthetics.
However some explanations are not clear at all and almost contradictory. I was left confused about some steps.

This is a cute little book, but I find it a little hard to read. I think the author went for a "playful" style of writing and lost the way of conveying the information clearly. I needed to reread passages over and over, and I'm still a little lost on how many spoons of tea to add to the pot and when (they make it sound like 6 in total for one, may two persons!).

It is however a convenient size for travel. Half of this tiny (and cute) book is taken up by simple meanings on shapes found. The actual instruction on the "reading" of tea leaves is somewhat lacking, so I'll need find a more comprehensive book, which is not surprising given it's size.

Tying into a personal New Years tradition, learning more about the fortune telling world is fascinating. With a semi religious background, that’s grown more as I’ve studied more, I feel there’s something to this energy and predictions told in cards, tea leaves, and water. Who knows more than those beyond the vale?

Extremely detailed for such a small book, easy to understand and very beginner's friendly.

A cute bite-sized guide to tea reading, with a well-structured glossary of symbols. Petite but useful.

It's a good book for a beginner: it does not contain everything, but it introduces you to the tea leaf reading world. It starts with a History class, then it explains what teapot and teaspoons you should use, then how to brew your tea and eventually it talks about the reading itself. At the end of the book, you can find a little dictionary, so you can find easily the meaning of a leaf blob.

Aah, I love cute little books like this! I am sure there is much more to the art of tea pouring and tea leaf reading (just ask my former Mandarin teacher), but it is a very nice and concise introduction.

Unfortunately, my edition was glued a bit crookedly but it is still cute. (I mean, i cannot complain - it was only 5 bucks.)

It shouldn't have taken me as long as it did to finish this, but I was making a lot of notes for my own grimoire, so perhaps it'll be "faster" to get the details. Though, the book is small enough that I realize I may not have needed to, and it has a glossary that it'd be better to read from the source than write it out. You definitely should read this if you need something quick and to the point about reading Tea Leaves. It's a very tiny book that you could literally put in your pocket.

Has a detailed description of what each image means depending on which section is settled in. A nice book for quick check up on meanings but wouldn't take the instructions very seriously. There are other ways to read leaves.

It's so tiny and cute. So so very cute. It looks adorable next to my teapots and tea collection too.
I have not tried any of the readings yet but I'm looking forward to it!

I really wanted this book to be bigger and more explicit. It’s cute but I might be thinking it’s not worth the price.

It was an interesting read. Cute and small book that gives some useful information on tasseomancy for beginners.

Doesn't quite describe the layout of the cup the way I expected it to, and doesn't have dogs (who doesn't see puppies in their cup!) but it's a fun little pocket book.

It's nice to see a divination volume that presents positive imagery rather than doom and gloom! Very useful.

I really enjoyed this short little how to and reference guide on tea. Tho it was written where I had to reread some lines I still would recommend it.
Informative and helpful.

A cute little how to guide that doesn't take itself to seriously and encourages having fun and letting your imagination guide you.

This is a good and small introduction to tea leaf reading and more a beginner guide.

Found the symbol interpretations could be confusing as they hold different meanings based on the section they land in the cup. I would think intuition can help guide you in general when you tea leaf read

I got this cute mini tea leaf guide for a party with friends to read each other's tea leaves. It's fun for nonbelievers, and the illustrations are very pretty.
