I think every couple should read this book, before marriage and throughout the remainder of their life if/when necessary. This is an excellent guide to using God’s Word to pray for His will for your life and your marriage. I feel like happy marriages and struggling marriages and every marriage in between will benefit from this book.

PRAYER TOPICS

My favourite aspect of the book were the Pray Big prayer starters and pin point prayers. They help you not to pray amiss and with the prayer topics explained, you can recognise the answers to your prayers. Highly recommended book.

I’d give 4.5 stars. It’s hard to not be repetitive in these kinds of books but Davis does an excellent job of stating the importance of prayer over & over while keeping it intriguing and enticing. I’d honestly read it again and recommend to other couples in an stage.

This book addresses the importance of protecting your marriage through prayer. The enemy wants to destroy marriages and the author describes areas that can be attacked if we let our guard down. I loved the author's "pinpoint prayers" and "pray big prayer starters" to really focus in on a specific way to pray for my marriage. I love using scripture in my prayers and this book gave me scriptures to use to pray specifically for my husband and our marriage.
