In this seasonal double feature, Sherlock Holmes faces two yuletide puzzles. Set against the snow-laced streets of Victorian London, Two Turtle Doves explores longing, loyalty, and the quiet truths we hide for love. With wit, warmth, and a touch of scandal, Holmes and Watson uncover what even winter can’t conceal...
Along with "The Case of a Christmas Past" by Scott Pearson.
The first two stories were interesting, but the third had me hooked almost instantly. How does a Christmas ghost coincide with a decade old crime? I couldn't put the book down from the first page of that story! Well done, sir!
This book had two stories and poems by Mr. Abbott and one story by Mr. Pearson. Both stories were well written and stayed within the Canon. Unfortunately, I could only give it 4 Stars because the first story was full of copy errors. Don’t let that fact keep you for reading this book as it is a good addition to the world of Holmes.
