It would be a good read for beginners who know nothing about migraines. But I've researched a lot about this subject so I already knew most things in this book. But I guess I do recomend it to others who do not know much about it.

It isn't 50 ways to control. Most of the book was explaining the different types of migraines. Very little useful information on how to control them. Most of that section was exercise and contact your doctor about going on meds.

I was not impressed. Even discounting the fact this came out in 2002, this book lacked depth. The numbered format is gimmicky.
