While I Was Out...
The questions of what happens to us after we die are intriguing, terrifying, and to some comforting, but most of all the reality of our life after death is a mystery. There is probably not a human alive who does not question or has not wondered what lies beyond the other side of life's veil and these earthly shells we inhabit; what being human is truly all about.
In November of 2008 a life was changed forever on the other side of that veil...mine. A near fatal accident and subsequent coma were to propel me into a twelve day odyssey that would rock my known world.
The lessons learned both during and after my experiences totally rewrote my internal direction manual, and what I refer to as "the essence of me."
Upon finding consciousness outside of the physical body, I was introduced to the full divine aspect of who I was, and received an acute awareness of my Creator. I experienced the vastness of a universe consisting of total, complete unconditional love. From the very moment I awoke I knew that something was very different within me, and that I was in some way supposed to share this experience with others.
Can a near-death experience change one's life? Well it certainly did mine!
