Allison Sloan has no alibi in the murder of her colleague. As she attempts to uncover the motive behind the mystery in order to displace suspicion off of her, the evidence against her continues to mount.
Her only hope for finding the truth is a psychic detective, but he's keeping secrets of his own. Together, they attempt to solve the murder, but can they find the killer before Allison becomes the next victim?

Romancing the Spirit Series:
Sadie's Spirit #1 - If you loved that movie with Reese and Mark, you will enjoy this story. A spirit set with a sense of humor and a regret for throwing away the love of her life because she thought he was tetched in the head. Well, after what happened to her, she learned a few things.
Good storylines and good characters made this quickly read book hard to put down. While a murder occurred, the story has a lot of humor and hope. The author has talent for storytelling. 4*
Autumn's Angel #6 - This is my first read by this author and I enjoyed it. Plenty of humor that fits well with the storylines. Good characters and dialog that keeps the reader interested. I like Joy and the way she was done. Devlin is also well done. A quickly read and entertaining read. 4*
Allison's Alibi #8 - This is a fun series to read. Yes, there murders and suspicions and investigations but there's humor and romance. Cash is great in his role and Alison's father is perfect in his role. The storylines are interesting and I did not put the book down until the last page. I found this book on Booksprout. 4*

I volunteered to read and review an advanced readers copy of Allison's Alibi .
It's a well written story with great characters and very entertaining . Dr.Allison Sloane's research colleague Dr. Baylon was murdered . Allison has no alibi . She was home alone . Cash Mc Call psychic detective and police consultant talks to ghosts and Allison's father insists she's innocent . Detective LaGrange cannot use that as her alibi . Her father convinced Cash that Allison is in danger and Cash must protect her . While Cash and Allison try to solve the case and keep their attraction in control the killer gets close . A fantastic story . I recommend taking the time to read .

A fast paced light mystery romance...
This short insta-attraction story delivers well fleshed characters and an intriguing plot. Allison is so smart, but she spends her whole life at work sacrificing a personal life. Cash has a reputation as a player, but does he really deserve that moniker. As they work together to clear her name we get to go along on their sweet romantic adventure. A wonderful afternoon read.

Book eight in the Romancing the Spirit series a well written story that kept me turning pages, I want to read more in this series. Allison's Alibi by CB Samet is such a wonderful book to read. This is book number eight in this wonderful series that I can not wait to see what this author will write about next. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about mysteries, contemporary and paranormal romances.

This has an interesting story line with suspense, mystery, love, humor, and romance all in one. I was engrossed in it and didn't come up for air until I was done.

This a wellwritten and fastpaced story that captivated me from the start. The storyline is entertaining and actionpacked. The characters are wonderful. Can not wait for the next book in this series.
