For Autumn & Woods, it all started in an airport bathroom stall—spontaneous, nasty, and unforgettable. What was supposed to be a wild Thanksgiving weekend turned into something deeper and impossible to ignore.
Now Christmas is approaching, snow’s falling, and Autumn’s carrying more than just holiday stress. She’s ducking and dodging and a man like Woods is not the type you keep secrets from, especially when he’s already locked in.
Truth spills and passion hits. And for Autumn & Woods, this December will be the most memorable one yet.
Autumn was trying to lay low from Woods after getting some news but Woods said play with someone else because you’re mine so I’m gonna pull up. A perfect ending to Autumn & Woods love story.
Woods was a man of his word and ten toes down. Autumn was that chick. Definitely a December to remember and a great read during this season. Another banger THEE!!!
Yaaassss!!! Woods didn’t play when it came to Autumn she thought she was going to ignore him and not tell him about the baby, Woods said aight bet ima pull up on your ass.
❄️ Hidden pregnancy. Holiday heat. Black love that lingers. ❄️
Autumn & Woods: A December to Remember by Thee Tasha Marie is the kind of holiday romance that has you singing “ all I want for Christmas is you”. This story picks up where Autumn and Woods left off. Things are going good between Autumn and Woods until…. She finds out she is pregnant. The hidden pregnancy adds an emotional ache that lingers beneath every dodging of calls. Autumn carry this secret while navigating love, fear, and hope makes every moment hit harder. And let’s talk about the holiday heat 🥵—because whew. The spice is grown, intimate, and perfectly timed. Not rushed, not reckless—just that delicious tension where longing simmers until it finally boils over. Fireplace energy. Snow-outside, bodies-close energy. The kind of passion that feels earned.
What makes this story shine is how tender it is. Beneath the spice and drama is a romance rooted in care, reassurance, and emotional safety. Autumn doesn’t just fall in love—she’s held, chosen, and covered. And during Christmas? That hits different.
If you’re craving: • 🎄 A Christmas romance with real emotion • 🤍 A woman being deeply, intentionally loved • 🤰🏾 A hidden pregnancy that adds heart-clenching tension • 🔥 Spicy moments wrapped in softness and trust
This book belongs on your December TBR—and your reread list.
I love how things continued from Thanksgiving. I’m glad they were able to grow together and didn’t have any real drama. This was a grown folks type of love story. There was no struggle love involved which was refreshing.
This was such a good and cute follow up.. Book 2 picks up as Woods and Autumn try the long distance making sure to talk, text and FaceTime daily.. a slight bump in the road when Autumn found out she was pregnant and scared to tell Woods.. almost pushing him away.. however being the persistent man he is, he came with pressure and just popped up in her city, to see what was really going on.. she finally end up telling him and he was excited and supportive.. they bonded and had the bomb time with Christmas at a cabin cottage.. Woods met her dad and his lady friend Vanessa and they had a good time.. After the break he frequented her more while still running his business in Cali.. she went into labor early and baby December Love was born, but had to stay in NICU for a little bit.. after she got stronger she was released and he stayed about a month after before going back to work.. a year later for another Christmas, this time was spent at his mother’s with all the family and all the shenanigans.. Autumn decided she was finally ready to move to Cali to be a family.. the baby got christened.. Book2 did not disappoint
Tasha Marie knows how to tell a story, and this one pulled me right back into Autumn and Woods without missing a beat. From the jump, the chemistry is there, thick and undeniable, and the spice is just as hot as book one, maybe even hotter. It never feels watered down or rushed, even with the shorter length.
I’ll be honest, I usually side-eye accidental pregnancy tropes, and at first, I was annoyed. But it didn’t overwhelm the story or derail what made these two work. It stayed grounded in their connection instead of turning into unnecessary drama, which I really appreciated.
What I loved most is how full this story felt despite being a short read. The plot was complete. The characters were fully realized. And the love felt intentional. I enjoy Black love on the page, especially when Black men are written loving Black women openly, passionately, and without hesitation, and this delivered exactly that.
This was emotional, sexy, and satisfying. A quick read that still left me full. I loved it.
Autumn & Woods: A December to Remember wastes no time pulling you in. What started as a wild, impulsive encounter turns into something unexpectedly solid and I loved watching that shift happen. Woods is that calm in the chaos kind of man measured, intentional and grounded even when his edge shows. He listens, he observes and when he moves, it’s with purpose. That balance made him impossible not to trust as a reader.
Autumn stressing over telling him about the pregnancy had me shaking my head a little because Woods had been ten toes down about her from the very beginning. He never gave flaky, unsure or halfway energy. You can't duck a man with a jet. The way everything comes to light felt real, emotional and earned. The connection between them stayed strong through it all. This was a great December read passionate, steady and memorable in all the right ways.

I was genuinely excited to revisit Autumn and Wood, but the continuation didn’t quite land for me. Once the pregnancy reveal happened, the story started to fall flat. After that point, it felt like a lot of words without much substance, and the momentum never really picked back up. That said, I won’t deny that I enjoyed seeing Autumn get the full princess treatment — that part was cute. Still, I kept finding myself thinking, okay… and then what? The ending wrapped up at lightning speed, which made me feel like some of the fluff throughout the book could’ve been better used to add depth or excitement? Overall, it was nice to see these characters again, and there were moments I appreciated, but the storyline was ultimately underwhelming.
This book was so good and I like the fact that it picked up right where it left off at in their previous book. I need me a Wood in my life that lays wood the same exact way and is a good nurturer. I like how Wood was very intentional with how he dealt with Autumn giving her space when she needed space and guiding her to keep the lines of communication open when she tried to shut down. I absolutely love when I get a baby so I’m glad that Wood speaking it in the atmosphere manifested Baby December. I hope we get a wedding edition book soon because I’m not ready to see them go yet and we also need a book with Taj finding love too.
I read the first book back in November & ate it up. Im usually not a super huge fan of insta love type books but I absolutely loved the chemistry between Autumn & Woods. So naturally once I saw there was a second novella continuing where we left off in the first book , I immediately had to see what the tea was. Especially with how the first book ended on a major cliff hanger ( it ended with another trope I’m not super fond of but still enjoyed lol )
Although I enjoyed this second novella , I didn’t enjoy it as much as I did the first one. Probably because of the main topic at hand. However , I still very much enjoyed the characters & I LOVEEEEE the way Woods was intentional with everything he did pertaining to Autumn. The definition of a B I G stepper. We love to see it. I give it 3 ⭐️s.
I love that these two picked up right where they left off at. This is the perfect Hoilday love story that kees on giving. Autumn was not ready for all the ways her life was about to change. Woods was applying a pressure and stood on what he wanted and more. Their chemistrsy is everything. Woods knowing Autumn not being her self steps in and sees just how much he cares for her. Then we get the whole family in the mix and i was her for it. Showing how bringing two worlds together an how beautiful it can be. I loved that these two get their HEA and a few other gifts along the way.
I loved getting an update on Autumn & Woods from the first book!! This was a fast paced novella that started with them meeting during the Thanksgiving holiday in the first book!
A quick holiday hookup turned into much more than that expected! The chemistry was unmatched from the best beginning & the story flowed effortlessly!
Woods was really a standup guy! He was everything he portrayed himself to be from the very beginning! Him & Autumn meshed together so well!! This book gave me all the vibes & holiday feels! Such a cute Christmas love story 🥰
Someone tell Tasha Marie I’m not okay! 😩 Woods and Autumn have my whole heart. The way he loved her was so intense—I was fanning myself the entire time! This might have been a short read, but it packed a massive punch. Everything was executed so well that I’m left wanting more. I fell for the leads and the side characters (shoutout to the fine daddy!). I’m begging for another book because Thee Tasha Marie really created something special here. 10/10!
Omg I love Autumn & Woods sooo much i dropped everything when i saw this book was available. I Loved every second except when Autumn was ducking my man like he ain’t have a jet to pull up. She had to know he wasn’t above crashing out behind her. I was so happy when she finally told him and they fell back in a groove. Lord send me my Woods… i already live in Cali 🙏🏼.
Perfect name for Woods and Autumn’s daughter! They met on the way to grandma’s house for thanksgiving, but Woods came correct and found out he was expecting a baby with Autumn in December. Everything came back full circle. Spending the holidays after baby girl was born back at Grandma’s. This was the perfect ending for their love story. Now idk what Troi is going to do now that Autumn has agreed to move to Cali with Woods lol. I loved this story!!!!
If there’s one thing Thee Tasha Marie is going to do, it’s show out in everything she writes. I love that even though she mainly writes short stories, they’re always well written, cohesive, and packed with just the right amount of spice. This was exactly my kind of Christmas story.
Book two was perfect—I’m completely in love with Autumn and Woods!
I wish a Quamaine of every deserving woman! A man that Dominant and respectful. A man than will put you in your place and on a pedestal!! A man that will DYD and have you happy and sore. A man that walk confidently giving off hella BDE. That’s my prayer for yall. I hope Santa sit him right under yal tree.
This was a great ending to their story. I loved how they started but baby, that ending was everything. I love an MMC who’s going to get his woman and doesn’t mind making it known and putting actions behind those words. Woods family is hilarious and wouldn’t mind a follow up of them. 😉
I laughed. I swooned. I laughed again. the spice was exquisite & the holiday vibes were flowing off of the pages. Autumn almost had me me stressed & Woods F’d up, but we got it together. lol
this has become one of my holiday staple-reads. I’m gonna love running this story back!
It's a nice story about a couple who has amazing sex chemistry. It's a nice delulu story for when you wanna escape into a fantasy where everything is just right. Rich guy that is obsessed with his girlfriend. Praise kinks. Dominate vibes. Everything just works out perfectly.
This short spicy and loving read with Autumn and Woods, was good. At first I was upset with how Autumn was moving but I get it she was scared and still trying to figure out the situation with her and woods. Loved how Woods was standing on business and letting it be known that he was ready for forever with her.
OMG! This book was so good. I laughed and had a warm heart while reading this. Woods was a thorough man through and through. He said what he meant and meant what he said. He was never playing when it came to Autumn. Beautiful love story.
I couldn’t wait to get the update on Autumn and Woods and definitely wasn’t disappointed. The way I cackled at their back and forth banter😂. A great way to close their chapter, I surely enjoyed it!
This book was everything and more. The wait was worth it and im spoiled now and I want more woods and autumn. I loved the development and how woods was a good communicator and not allowing things to slide. I cant wait to read it again and again and again.
Girl….wow just wow! This was a perfect follow up to that damn cliffhanger! Ugh I loved their story so much and it got even better in this book! Will be checking back in with another book…. Valentines Day or something lol
