I saw that there was a religious component to this book before I began reading it, so I was forewarned. As a recovering church goer, I glossed over a huge section of each chapter. This was a very basic a+b+c rendition of dealing with Daddy issues. If you are looking for a scriptural based book and are new to the topic, then this would be sufficient.
