Kayla Temple is leery about returning to a BDSM lifestyle. Finally free from four horrific years with a man she wishes she could forget, she wants to experience the release of submission again, but can she trust any Dom enough to let herself go?
Gage Holland has been watching Kayla for two years. They work together, and she belongs to the same club as him. But she wears a tough shield, and Gage has a full life that leaves him with very little free time.

After engaging in a flogging scene together that goes horribly wrong, Gage is more intrigued than ever. What makes Kayla so skittish? The small taste he’s had of her is not enough. Hiding his own vulnerabilities, he pushes Kayla to open up about her past while submitting to him in ways that won’t trigger another bad response to her mysterious past.

I loved this book. The chemistry between Gage and Kayla is awesome!! Kayla has had a bad experience in the past and it still affects her emotionally. She couldn't have found a better man to help her with her insecurities. Gage is the most humble, patient, kind, caring, selfless man... he is just what she needs to help Kayla regain her self confidence. Gage consistently re-evaluates his actions and words, he thinks things through and you can just see the web he is weaving around Kayla's heart. I must say he surely stole my own heart!!!!!

I love the feeling of friends and family that Ms. Jameson has incorporated into The Fight Club Books. I gravitate towards these kinds of series books, where I'm introduced to different people and get to share in their goings-on. It just gives me a sense of belonging and I love that feeling.
Thank you for such a great story... I'm walking in the clouds right now.

Gage is the perfect Dom for Kayla, he's extremely patient with her and knows her better than herself. Kayla spent too many years being abused by her first 'love' a so-called Dom that would rather see to his own sadomasochistic needs rather than the needs of his submissive. He made Kayla into a pain submissive, and she assumed that's what she needed, but nearly from their first encounter Gage knew that wasn't what made Kayla tick. There is a great mystery and suspense in this one and a bit more MMA. All in all a great listen. Can't wait to hear the rest of the Fight Club.

Gage wants morw from Kayla than the two spaking scenes they've had together but she shies away from him continuously. When she finally aska him to flog her things go seriously wrong. It's then that Gage recognizes that somewhere in her past she's been abused. She refuses to talk about her past. Slowly, Gage earns her trust and gives her what she needs. She finally opens up and reveals her shame. Gage and his trusted companion K9, Thor, giv3 Kayla stability and healing love.

This is one of the few books where I identify on some level with both main characters. I also love the dog. I liked really liked Kayla. She what she over came and the how she learns trust Gage. Gage is persistent and you can tell he cares about her and his dog. I really like Becca's writing the Fight Club series. I was given this book for an honest review.

awesome BDSM Story

Yeah I think this book is awesome and i really got into the BDSM parts of the book 📖. It also had some excellent MMA scenes that I thought were great. There was a good amount of smut and I am going to read the rest of this series.

I really liked this. The way the male protagonist was really selfless and considerate. I also liked the fact that it was kinda instalove for him, but not quite.

I liked the theme of this book: a girl with a past trying with submission to forget her past and a gentle, MMA fighting, Dom trying to get behind her guarded emotional walls. I love the way Becca Jameson writes: it’s passionate and naughty with a fierce love for her characters and that shines through the whole series. I am addicted to these series, one might think, but once I read one book, I was completely hooked on the MMA fighters, their interaction with their friends, the adventures in their BDSM club and last but certainly not least, their love interests.
This book is about Gage and Kayla. Kayla is a bit wary about returning to a BDSM lifestyle. She is finally free from four terrible years with a man she wishes she could forget and she wants to experience the release of submission again, but she is very wary of trusting any Dom enough to let herself go.
MMA fighter and dog whisperer Gage has been watching Kayla for two years. They work together, she belongs to the same BDSM club, but she wears a tough shield and Gage leads a very full life and very little free time.

I loved this freaking book. Hot guy!? Check. With a dog? CHECK. Named Thor? CHECK. And they were both stationed overseas? CHECK.

He's a K-9 trainer. His dog is a former military dog. He's a MMA fighter and a Dom.

But the hottest part of this whole freaking book, and it TOTALLY made the series for me, was how into her he was. How caring. How absolutely ready to give up parts of himself. It was his character journey and his willingness to see her vulnerability and raise it with his own that made this book my pick of the week.

Amazing.

And I'm not even kidding.

I've mentioned before that I love that this series showcases 6 Doms who -- with their partners -- chose different ways and degrees to be dominant/submissive. I love that about this series. It's refreshing and honest and much closer to the truth than certain OTHER books out there. You know which ones.

I loved this book. I'll re-read it. It was well-written, well-edited, and well thought out and executed.

Smoking HOT!!!!

I love this book! Steamy scenes and some edgy plot that leaves you guessing until the end. Plenty of heat going on; that makes you want to take a break and get either a smoke or a shot of something. This is book 4 of The Fight Club series. If your new its best to start at the beginning with book 1 called Come and work your way up. All four books are ideal for new adult readers and readers who are interested in BDSM. For those of you out there who are looking for something the opposite of 50 Shades series due to the fact it breaks the main rules of what BDSM is really about, this series is ideal for you and your friends to get into. The Fight Club series by Becca Jameson stays true to what BDSM is all about. 5 out of 5 stars from this chickie here i can't wait for book 5 Want to come out for our boy Connor whos next up.

HOLY FREAKIN WOW! I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Gage is the most thoughtful alpha male ever. Kayla is so sweet but really introverted. Their chemistry is off the charts smokin hot! At times wondering what Kayla was keeping from Gage made me want to climb into the story and pull the words out of her mouth. Lol. The suspense was so intense but the mystery of it all made the story even better. My heart was breaking for Kayla and what she had to endure. I cried for Gage when his father suffered a stroke. I myself am a stroke survivor and I know the effects it has on family and friends. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

I loved this book!
Gage might be an Alpha male, but he has a heart of gold.
Kayla had a very bad experience with her last DOM.
The experience was so bad, that she gave up on " feeling " anything again.
Enter Gage.
He was fascinated by Kayla. I think that it was the beginning of love for Gage.
I was so glad that Gage never gave up on Kayla.
Little by little, Gage was able to win Kayla's trust.
They were such a cute couple.
Kayla + Gage definitely deserved their HEA

I just finished reading "Hers" and I thought It was so beautiful. The way Gage even being a Dom was so in tune with Kayla that he knew what her life was like before him without her saying a word. There is so much in the book that I can't cover how much I love it... There were times I wanted to cry then others where I was laughing.. Excellent book, I will read again and again!!!!

GREAT WORK!! I really enjoyed this read. Wonderful character development and an interesting twist in the mystery plot at the end. Ms. Jameson also really knows how to work the BDSM angle of a story so that it's informative, tasteful and totally sexy. I liked it. I liked it a lot :)

Absolutely Hot and Amazing! This book has a little bit of everything. I enjoyed reading this book. It has a lot of BDSM in it, but not so much that I didn't enjoy reading it.

Basically all the same characters, the same dialogue, pet names, etc. for the entire series and the few other books out side the series I've read from the same author.

Another dramatic, MMA, Dom/sub wonderfully written love story, by a favorite author of mine. Well placed in the series, and just as exciting as the previous books. A gifted storyteller that has me checking my schedule to make sure I cash read with interruption. Again, another reread that I forgot to leave a review for. My apologies because I just love this series!!
