Decent book to brush up on if you're already a real estate agent. This book was obviously written awhile ago and parts of the information are a bit outdated, but it still does provide information that is still relevant today to be successful as an agent.

This guide book was pretty good for what it is. May be slightly out-dated in the technology realm, but what book in print isn't? I only read the first few chapters (i.e. Getting started, Passing the exam) and the section that applied to teachers, but it was very informative to a person with little knowledge of the field of real estate. The book is designed for you to just read what you need to know about at the time. One of the appendices in the back was my favorite part. There was a practice test with all sorts of sample questions. It gave me such a better idea about what content I would need to learn (ex. Law, Finance, Agency, etc.) before taking the real test. I found that I had a true interest in learning the answers to most questions (never mind the fact that I got most of them wrong; that's supposed to happen at this point :P).

Good luck if you're thinking about entering the field!
