What a waste of time for World War II history lovers. Virtually nothing is new!! 75% of the pictures are about 1" by 2 " - you need a magnifying glass. Lots of tiny pictures of posters - if you are interested get a book that has full page reproductions, not postage stamps. There were about 15 photos that I had questions about, but they were so poorly labelled I could learn nothing about them. Kristi & Abby Tabby

A treasurable book, practical for those of us who are until this age not familiar enough with the history of the twentieth century. I love the Idea of illustrating the history in general, I loved it in " Persepolis" the graphic novel about the Iranian history, and now here in this money worth spent book
it helps you see and understand the complete picture..in pictures.
