It wasn't a bad book. It had the usual main plot, school plot, and small-time subplot. I wouldn't want to read it to my kid more than once, but I survived the one-time lesson about the importance of SELF CONFIDENCE! (Yay. Cheer. Rah rah rah.)

Another case of someone slapping a favorite children's character on the cover of a book and hoping it will sell. A weak story and nothing my avid reader finds engaging.
