Reagan Landry is months away from college graduation, but instead of excitement, she's frozen by the fear of letting go — of her ex-boyfriend, of the comfortable life she created for herself in Portland, of the years-long search for her older sister who abandoned her as a homeless teen. When she’s finally forced to decide what's next, Reagan is met with another complicatio ...more

Noah has been in-love with his best friend’s girl (now ex-girl) since the moment he laid eyes on her in the rain outside the campus library. He wishes she could be his, but hooking up with her means breaking the bro-code, it doesn’t make it easier that they all still live in the same house. Reagan is months away from graduating and realizing the dream she’s fought so hard for. She’s confronted with her ex and his new girlfriend daily making it impossible to move on and while she never took Noah ...more

One of the first things I thought of when I finished Rebecca’s last book, Between Everything and Us was“I cannot wait to see what happens with Noah and Reagan”! So imagine how excited I was to get an ARC for Anything More Than Now.

Noah has been secretly in love with Reagan for a few years. It’s not until a drunken hook-up that they blur the lines a bit and move from just being acquaintances to more. The thing is, when they do begin their relationship of sorts, it’s one that is surrounded in secr

This is the first novel I’ve read by Rebecca Paula, and her writing is so passionate and organic — just my cup of tea! I fell in love with Noah and Reagan’s story. Rebecca paints a beautiful picture with her words, it was like I was there with the characters, watching it all happening before me. I so desperately wanted Reagan to find what she was looking for, and I wanted Noah to find forgiveness for his past. There was just the right amount of angst along the journey.

This book. Wow. Just wow. I don't have the words to describe just how wonderful and shocking and emotional it was. Rebecca has the most wonderful way with words, it feels so poetic and engaging, once I started I couldn't stop. ...more

Review on blog:

“Falling apart was never some slow wreck for us. We were combustible from the start.”

If you’re looking for a New Adult read that gives you all of the feels, then you need to meet Reagan Landry and Noah Burke. I read the first book in this series, BETWEEN EVERYTHING AND US, and immediately knew I had found a gem in the New Adult world. Rebecca Paula left me reeling after that story so I was beyond ready for ANYTHING MORE THAN NOW. Going into

I have been broken apart by these two - Reagan Landry and Noah Burke. It's a wonder I'm still able to write a coherent (hopefully!) review. To be honest, I'm tempted to just write all the reasons you should read this book, so I'm going to do that.

#1 Reagan Landry. Our own fighter. She is the girl who wants to get what she wants yet somehow something goes always wrong. She is that girl who screams within for something right to fall upon her life. Sh

So in order to properly organize my thoughts- and utter adoration for everything about this novel, I am going to list the top 8 things I loved about ANYTHING MORE THAN NOW (in nor particular order). Are you ready?! Well you better be, because here it comes!

1) The prologue. Looking back on the prologue after having finished AMTN I love it, and appreciate so much more, because it gives you a glimpse into the beginning of Noah and Reagan (at least I think so). Also, just look at that beginning para

Noah and Reagan are everything!!!

They've both gone through a lot and aren't quite ready to make a real commitment to someone else.

Noah has loved Reagan from afar for years and is not sure how to make his move after all this time has gone by.

Reagan's experiences have led her to be cold and determined. She doesn't easily let people in and that certainly includes Noah.

They start something surrounded by secrets and regrets and that soon turns into something more. They both have their secrets and und

I love this author's lyrical style of writing, but I think it sometimes gets in the way of telling the story. It felt like key points of the story were missing. Why did Noah fall in love with Reagan so fast his freshman year? What made Reagan change from being sweet to him at the library in the prologue to her being a complete bitch to him? When did their feelings change and why? How did we go from Regan and waking up in Noah's bed in Montana to her back in Portland?
So many questions!

Anything More Than Now is my first book from Rebecca Paula. It is the second book in her Sutton College series, though each book is about a different couple and is said to be a standalone story. Unfortunately this book was not at all like I had been expecting, and I just couldn't get into it like I had hoped I would be able to. I gave this one a shot after putting it down and walking away a few times, but at 35% I am throwing in the towel.

To be one hundred percent honest, I was in way shape or form prepared for this book. I don't know why but I went in thinking, oh this is a college romance, this should be a fun hate to love situation with a side of forbidden romance, but man oh man, this book was so much more than that. This book was truly heartbreaking in more than one spot, I found myself hoping that either one of the characters would just catch

I would have liked to write a longer review for this one. Unfortunately, my wifi is going crazy these days and so I can't even put this review on my blog. I am so sorry - I thought of quoting certain scenes and even marked them, but I can't do that now.

Anyway... Anything More Than Now is a good book. That's what I thought in the beginning. I haven't read the first one in the series (being totally clueless that this was the second one) and so sometimes I felt like I didn't understand Reagan's mot

Have to admit this book had me a little worried. I mean it was an amazing read but was very slow and confusing in the beginning since it really didn't explain much. Have to admit this book had me a little worried. I mean it was an amazing read but was very slow and confusing in the beginning since it really didn't explain much. But let me say once you get passed that it's amazing, the story builds right away and leaves you in awe. It had me on edge and I couldn't put it down needing to know the whole story. 3.5 Stars in my Sky!

Anything More Than Now is a story about missed opportunities, second chances and what should or might have been.

I had always thought of Reagan as the 'other girl', an obstacle between Beau and Mati, so it was nice to see her in her own right, to see past her ice queen persona. I have to admit she didn't totally win me over and there were times I wondered what Noah could possibly see in her (apart from the obvious). BUT o

"To my shadow chaser, to my fighter, to you, Reagan. To everything that’s more than now, to a future full of anything, to a present full of something. To nights of dancing among the stars barefoot, to mornings wrapped up in sheets and secrets. To you. Always you."

This was even more heartbreaking and painful than the first book. HOW. I think the quote represents perfectly the emotions I have for this couple.
I love the fact that the romance was slow burn. Rebecca Paula has a way of telling the sto

Noah has loved Reagan for about four years even when she was still his best friends girl. He saw her the first time outside of the library in the rain. He couldn’t do anything because of the bro code. Also they still live in the same house even though Beau - Noah’s best friend- has moved on and has a new girl. Then one drunken night and the lines start to blur between Reagan and Noah. Reagan’s dream is to get into publishing in NYC. Reagan had a troubling past and Noah had been scarred by sadnes ...more

Noah is a college student with a not so shiny past.  He has been in love with Reagan since he was a freshman and she was a sophomore.   But alas Noah's best friend Beau talked to her first and they started dating.  Three years later, Reagan and Beau have broken up and Noah is still in love with her.  Reagan has a rather rough past as well and isn't likely to fall for Noah easily.  When their respective pasts take them in opposite directions, they have to decide if their love is on a lim

Rebecca Paula has a beautiful style of writing, lyrical and intense.

I loved, loved, LOVED that Noah had such deep feelings for Reagan and pined for her incessantly. Reagan was a really great character, too, complex and raw. The pair have dark and dirty secrets, tearing them up inside, and I really liked the way they ended up coming together.

The start of this book ties in heavily with the first book in the series, and it doesn't make for a great standalone, but I enjoyed getting a peek at a diffe

Five Heartfelt Stars! Regan is the type of girl who is hard to be friends with because she tends to be cold-hearted. Noah has loved Regan for many years not knowing how to approach her. Will they ever have their happily ever after? This story was beautifully written and takes you on a emotional journey. It is the first book by this author that I have have read and I will be looking to read more of her books I will recommend it.

I will receive this book as a ARC for an honest review. This book was
