The idea of Hyper-focus is that of attention to limited resource, and learning how to control where we direct our attention can help us work more efficiently and achieve better results.
it focus deeply on the most important tasks at the right time.

there are 2 major concepts:
hyper focus.
scatter focus.
both are useful at right times and author describes many methods to improve our work efficiency , how to prioritize our daily works . being creative and also good at problem solving is also described in the book . I learnt many this form the book as in aspects of limited resources , attention concentration ,focus , creativity ,problem solving and many more , at the end I understood what they meant about "How to Work Less and Achieve More"
