The book was ok. You really don't need it for the 28 day juice plan. I found some stuff useful. I think most people would rather skip the book and begin the juice plan. So I recommended if you don't like to read, watch the 28 day Super Juice me Documentary and get the app. You will in my opinion have everything you need.
Also we did the 28 day Juice plan and we finished feeling amazing. I do recommend the plan. I lost close to 20 pounds and my Fiancé lost 14 pounds. It also helped me feel better overall and sleep a lot better.
Got the book with my new Retro Juicer and decided to give it a go. Love Jason's style of writing and have read the 7lbs in 7 days and 5lbs in 5 days books. This is partly the same information as in the other books but repitition is key to remembering it and all the testimonials are really good to motivate you to try the plan yourself. I have now planned to do the super juice me plan in October as that is the first period I won't have a holliday planned within four weeks time of the last holiday.
Well, I just bought it, and definitely, was getting upset of all the BS about him and ONLY him, and yes he is right, this book might be good for the tips and recipes but, took me HALF of the book to get into my first recipe!!! Such a waste of time for someone who wants to start right away and so A-nal description of himself, so now we know now and read it in all his books, he is not, a doctor, not a nutritionist and definitely not a writer.
I have bought the book and I cannot wait to start the challenge I am starting on Monday 10/08/2020 and will report back in 28 says after I am really excited just hAving my.least weekend
I can’t recommend this enough and also the documentary (free on YouTube) . Hoping one day I will get to set foot at his retreat in Portugal .
Definitely changed my life , really gets you thinking about how we treat our body , I can highly recommend his juicer too! I will often have a ginger shot in the morning
Well written book, I like Jason's style to talk to people. I also went through the programm, 28 days was very hard and I wasn't able to completely follow it, but still -5,5 kilos and one size in jeans so I'm satisfied ;-)
Jason has written a persuasive book. I would watch Super Juice Me on Amazon and see why you might want to do this. This book with its companion phone app are what you need to get going. Highly recommended.
Read and successfully completed the challenge. Brilliant book. All you need (well, and a juicer). Associated app was only helpful for the automatic shopping list, otherwise the book did the trick nicely.
While the book has many claims of health benefits of a juice detox - the writing is uber repetitive withimited scientific explanations relying rather on anecdotal evidence. I guess the proof would be in the juice
If you want to do a juice cleanse, this is for you. 28 days of delicious juice recipes that keep you sarisfied once the initial few days of hunger pass. Lots of supporting material, too!
Amazing book and plan. If you have bad digestion you will have malabsorption, which means your immune system won't be right and you'll get ill. Juicing sorts that'd right out. I'm on day 7 of the plan and feeling great!
