This book solidifies my belief that the wealthy set their own rules when it comes to finance. The author talks about how she used creativity and personal authenticity to raise millions of dollars to invest in real estate. I found this to be incredibly inspiring!

I've always been a Type A, play-by-the-rules sort of person when it comes to finance. Susan proves that there are no rules other than the ones you set when it comes to real estate deals. You can structure deals any which way you want if you have the confidence, if the numbers are on your side, and if you are true to your word.

I especially liked that - with all the gold that she has to share - she set aside an entire chapter in the beginning of the book to talk about honesty and authenticity. She knows how important personal credibility is to your business dealings. That lesson didn't have to be upfront but she placed it there for a reason and I think that lends her credibility as an author.

I learned a TON from this book! Anyone looking to grow their personal portfolio should read this and keep digging because this is a brand new paradigm for me and one I want to really learn to leverage in my family!
