I couldn't stop reading!
I read this book faster than usual! Stayed up until 4am MT reading the last day! Great action in this book! I always enjoy m r forbes writing and his books. The action in this story just made me read faster and more obsessively. I can see the whole book in my mind like a movie, because of the way forbes writes! His descriptions are so clear and yet succinct . If you have never tried science fiction, m r forbes is the writer to start with and The Forgotten Heroes are the books to read. Book 3 in this series "To The Victor" is the book that I just finished . See for yourself, this author can write to make the story unfold before your eyes like a movie! This is pure imagination of the finest kind.

Another fantastic series from MR Forbes!
Caleb Card and Sheriff Hayden Duke are my favorite science fiction characters. I was so happy that MR Forbes brought Caleb back to team up with Sheriff Duke in what has been an incredible adventure. As I have come to expect in the Forbes universe, threads from other series weave their way into a plot that is fast-paced, imaginative, and full of unexpected twists and turns. Caleb and Hayden must face an opponent more cruel, conniving, and terrifying than any they have met before. I highly recommend not only this series but all of the Forbes novels that preceded it. Welcome back, Caleb! I have missed you!

Had me worried for a minute
As the pages ticked away, I was worried this was going to be the series finale and was going to be super rushed. It's not! It's another great entry and even hints at something that might be coming. If what I think is going to happen happens, I may legit cry in happiness. I won't give it away but once you get to the big reveal, you'll know
